Ive searched for this topic and not found much. I was wondering if the powers that be have announced if we will be buying the content from twitch direct or will they use the DMs guild and link the accounts?

Roll the dice and play the game, I’m not here to listen to your politics.
“But this isn’t right. You’re meant to charge in, sword drawn, banner flying-that’s what all the other knights did!” “Yeah, right before they burst into flame.”
And finally, this is such a small part of what we plan to deliver for DDB. For launch we'll have the compendium and listings, character management, homebrew, etc., but the future holds encounter and monster builders, combat/ initiative tracker, integrations with other licensed partners, all kinds of cool streaming stuff and the list goes on. I don't want to give the entire list here because the roadmap will be informed and prioritized based on what players want.
This is a quote from Badeye. While nothing has been said exactly what the licensed partners will be, I would say that DM Guild is a possibility.
I guess we will have to wait and see. Thanks for the reply.

I am going to assume you will be buying content directly from Curse, as Curse runs dndBeyond and WotC runs DMs guild via drive thru rpg. Having to go between Drive Thru, WotC, and Curse is likely something that isn't going to happen because of the software interconnectivtiy and having to deal with three different companies.
As far as buying content through twitch, that depends on how you look at it. Twitch owns Curse, so you could say that you are.
As a minor clarification, DM's Guild is delivered by OneBookShelf, the entity resulting from the merger of RPGNow and DriveThruRpg well before DM's Guild was a thing...

A dwarf with a canoe on his back? What could go wrong?
