I don't have any hard release date in mind. I have to finish everything beforehand, playtesting as much as I can along the way (with the help of others filling in the rest).
Today I will update the OP in this thread, getting rid of the subclasses that have been dropped and giving links to the subclasses that have been transferred to this site. If I go off of the current list of subclasses, I've got just over a handful of subclasses to put in the Enigmatic Esoterica. After that, I'm probably going to do my homebrew Class Feature Variants, feats, and spells in forms Enigmatic Esoterica. The rest of the book's content probably won't get Enigmatic Esoterica forms, just being playtested and developed by me for the book. (Some of the stuff doesn't need playtesting at all, like the Villain Name tables, Plot Generating Tables, and so on.)
So, assuming I get all of the rest of the Enigmatic Esoterica done in the next month, and give myself another couple weeks to type up the other book's info, and transfer all of this into a D&D 5e-formatted PDF, I should be done in a couple months.

This isn't actually a signature, just something I copy and paste onto the bottom of all my posts. Or is it? Yep, it is. Or is it..? I’m a hobbit, and the master cranial imploder of the "Oops, I Accidently Destroyed Someone's Brain" cult. Extended sig. I'm actually in Limbo, it says I'm in Mechanus because that's where I get my WiFi from. Please don't tell the modrons, they're still angry from the 'Spawning Stone' fiasco. No connection to Dragonslayer8 other than knowing them in real life.
3 times, I have played level 20 characters. These experiences normally lead my sanity to divide as my other 4 players square up out of annoyance. In addition, 172 people polled by Eris, resident eldritch evil, say their sanity was a fifth of what is was after tracking max level combat with Solanar and Atemos. A while ago, I was rooted in fear after my character was stabbed. But the time was around 8.91 seconds before the end, and I rounded the fight out with a bang.
I will say levistus is copyrighted name so I would be careful whilst using it.
I will say that DMsGuild has clear guidance on this matter, a passing familiarity with what's available on DMsGuild would have also belayed this concern (font reproduced from DMsGuild guidance:
Can I use iconic Forgotten Realms, Ravenloft, Eberron, Ravnica, or Theros characters like Drizzt, Elminster, and Strahd in my DMs Guild title?
Yes.
That grants wide latitude to DMsGuild creators. The caveat to what DMsGuild will not support is here:
Can I use characters/locations/etc. from other intellectual properties that partner with Dungeons & Dragons (for example, the Acquisitions Incorporated sourcebook)?
When crafting content for the Dungeon Masters Guild, you may not use content (including characters, locations, artwork, or any other elements) from any products for which D&D has licensed/partnered with other properties, or used intellectual properties with permission, as resources for your own products.
Such products include but are not necessarily limited to:
Acquisitions Incorporated sourcebook
Stranger Things Starter Set
Dungeons & Dragons vs. Rick and Morty boxed set
The characters of Arkhan the Cruel, Krull the Tortle, Torogar Steelfist, and their distinct likenesses, which appear in Baldur's Gate: Descent into Avernus
Explorers Guide to Wildemount sourcebook
So for DMsGuild this project seems well within the safe zone. If Third wanted to go to DriveThruRPG because of the (I think) broader format possibilities as well as sales earnings, they'd have to contend with the restrictions the OGL puts on third party writers.
Basically, DMsGuild provides fan creators wide latitude to appropriate existing content for publication under the DMsGuild banner.
As a side note I love the Arkhan clause in the protection/restrictions. I could imagine the flood of Descent into Avernus supplements providing floorpans to Arkham's tower and strategies for giving that guy a beat down if that restriction were lifted.

I will say levistus is copyrighted name so I would be careful whilst using it.
As MidnightPlat stated, you can use most D&D copyrighted names on DMsguild, as is specific to that site. If I were to try to sell Levistus's Codex of Curiosities on my own or through DriveThruRPG, I could/would be sued for using "Levistus".
(I'm mainly using Levistus because a) I wanted to go a similar direction to Xanathar's and Tasha's, with a more nefarious and fairly well known character from the lore narrating/commentating on the book and b) my real name is Levi, so Levistus was an obvious choice.)

I'm currently in the process of moving. However, I will try to get back to working on this project when I have moved into my new house. Unfortunately, I'm just too busy too do so right now.

Update: I'm officially working on the PDF for Levistus's Codex of Curiosities. So far, I have made the "Using This Book" section, the "Adapted Ability Scores" section (which contains three subsections: Ancestral ASIs, Occupational ASIs, and Professional ASIs, all of which take up a page), and am now working on translating the subclasses to the document. I'm done for today, but will continue working on it through the week, and will hopefully finish up quickly. (A month at most, probably.) I'm about 10 pages in after one day of work, and it should be about 200 pages long, so if all goes to plan, I should be done in about 20 days of working.
No, it wasn't. The project is currently on pause. I might come back to it once I have published other content on the DMsGuild that is easier to make.
Keep us posted when that other content gets out there.
Yeah. This project was a bit too ambitious for a first ever DMsGuild product. I was basically trying to make my own version of Tasha's Cauldron of Everything with the same amount of content. Way too big of a project for a first go at the DMsGuild.
To start with actually publishing smaller content on the DMsGuild, I'll probably do some project about what the Goblinoids were like when they lived in the Feywild (due to the recent "retcon" with them from Monsters of the Multiverse). That would probably be around 10-20 pages, which would be much easier to write.
