What do dragons call dragonborn? I don't think dragons would use the moniker "dragonborn" as it would seem insulting to dragons. Dovahkiin perhaps? What would it be in common?
Maybe Half-Dragons (Cause they are humanoid dragons?)
Although there is a half dragon race so this might not make a lot of sense.
Yeah guess that makes sense, maybe something like The Cursed Children (Maybe being Humanoid is a curse?) or maybe "The decedents" maybe they are decedents from dragons?
It very much depends on the type of dragon in my game, Chromatic dragons may see them as pawns, servants, beings that should serve them, but they may also see them as Tiamats gift, created by her and therefore be slightly more respectful of the race then they are of other humanoids. Although this of course depends on the mood and intelligence and maturity of the dragon. A green Dragon may give an air of approval while hiding her intentions to use this to betray or use, a red dragon may see the dragon born as a serf to be used.
Metallic dragons generally look at them as distant cousins, considering them allies and more willing to work with them. Again the level of this depends on the dragon, if the dragon believes itself superior it will look down on a chromatic dragonborn with disdain regardless of alignment, seeing it as a child of tiamat. A metallic Dragon born may have an easier time but generally as good alignment creatures Mettalic dragons will understand and accept that the colour of it's scales does not impact a beings true worth. However when dragonborn and dragon are the same mettalic type a stronger bond will be formed, or the bond will be formed quicker.

This probably differs from world to world. In Forgotten Realms, it could be Strixiki. In Exandria, they would probably just call them whatever their subrace is called, Draconblood or Ravenite. Eberron dragons could call them "the lost cousins" or something like that.
I am partial to calling them Dovahkiin, but that may not make sense to people that haven't played Skyrim.

Please check out my homebrew, I would appreciate feedback:
I would think that "two-legs" and "wingless" would be derogatory terms used by dragons that lump them with other weakling humanoids. I think they'd probably also make references to how they treat the "inferior" races as equals, and how those petty beliefs make them weak and human.

Something I didn't think of earlier that could be fun; "Drakelings".
Drakes in 5e are pretty much just "fake dragons", typically not having wings, so IMO that would be a cool name for "true dragons" to call dragonborn and possibly kobolds.

I recall that in the Forgotten Realms at least, Strixiki is suppose to be the Draconic word for Dragonborn.
Not sure where I read it though, but it’s been what I’ve used for the race.

"Little cousins," maybe?
Thanks guys. Little cousins might work. I want it to be repulsive. I guess the dragon could spit out the word cousins or add some cynicism.
Edit: Weakborn?
"Runtling" would be pretty good if you're looking for a "Talk down to you" sort of word.
"Little ones."

While my dragon personalities tend to be nuanced, they do adhere to the broad brush alignments, so
Chromatic would say "You're barely a reflection of one of my scales."
Metallics, "We shed scale and blood so that you may flourish as guides and inspiration among the humanoids."
Maybe scalekin? Spat by chromatics, said with warmth by some but not all metallics? I'm keeping it for me.
Jander Sunstar is the thinking person's Drizzt, fight me.
A dragon just called my party's dragonborn "the biggest kobold I ever saw" in a (failed) attempt to rile them up.
