I have a monk, battle master, and diviner I don't give much treasure to and I want to give them something cool in an upcoming dungeon - something cooler than (a) +1 weapon(s), amulet of health, etc, that they can have fun and get creative with. By this point they'll probably already have an immovable rod. Any other suggestions?
Ring of Slow Digestion - Character only needs to eat one meal a day instead of 3.
Elemental Oil - Can be of one of the major elements (fire, cold, lightning, thunder, etc) Can be applied to any weapon. Application takes 1 action, effect lasts for 1 minute and does not stack with multiple applications. Weapon will do an additional 1d4 of X elemental damage type. The flask has 1d6 uses.

Decanters of Endless Water and Eversmoking Bottles can be very fun items which reward creativity in use.
The "Alchemy Jug" is likely to be found underwhelming by the players (it requires some REAL creativity to use for anything significantly impactful beyond getting fresh mayo for your sandwiches) but it's a fun option nonetheless, and is flavorful (see what I did there?) without being a balance concern at all
A Bag of Holding is a great "growing up" moment in a campaign where they stop having to worry as much about encumbrance, I'm sure they'd love it, even if it's not the flashiest option. It's no good of course if encumbrance is a strong point of emphasis in your campaign and you want to maintain that.
If anyone in the party lacks darkvision, you could always do them a solid and give them goggles of night.
A Ring of Mind Shielding can be a *very* fun item to give to players, causing situations to come up both good and bad, especially depending on who is already inside of it
The suggestions given earlier in the thread are also very good ones. Good luck!

A Rope of Climbing is a great utility item, and can lend itself well to creative uses.
Grazzias!
I like the Bag of Tricks, that has led to many shenanigans.
Heh heh, looks fun. Thanks.
