I like the cool lore and that story about Adran is very interesting.
Thanks! I glad you enjoy it!

How you going on this big beast?
I've finished all the subclasses (though they're not in the book yet), but I'm only on Humans right now because school has slowed me down a lot. After this week is over, my pace should double at the least.

here is a stupid suggestion:(just flavor stuff) a city of rock gnomes once had a mimic infestation, where hundreds of mimics disguised themselves as wine bottles. when they shipped the wine, consumers died. this city made all their money from alcohol, so the city collapsed, as no one trusted their wine anymore. to this day, a wandering tribe of rock gnomes go and hunt mimics. yes, it sucks
Your book is formatted like Eberron and not like SCAG or EGtW... Interesting.
Yep. I never bought SCAG, so I wouldn't be able to use the formatting from that, and the one from Eberron seemed like it would be the easiest to adapt to Borrelia.

yeah..... I am to lazy to actually write a book, and I suck at coming up with a unique theme/storyline, but I love to give others suggestions for their own worlds. so ttb.........
I realize that I haven't posted on here in a while, so is there any lore people would want to hear about?

ALL THE LORE! No, specifically I want to hear your Elves and Orc lore. And maybe something to do with your plane of death?
(Actually, the next PbP you do should be set in here! I'd surely play that with all thrills)
Well, it just so happens that some of my most in-depth lore concerns Elves and Orcs.
Elves were created on a different continent than most species in Borrelia. They came from the beyond the Western Sea, a strange place they call the Fair Land. The Fair Land is the perfect merging of the Material Plane and the Feywild. You could step into one and exit into the other without even noticing. No one ages there, and everything seems a bit more vibrant and real than seems possible. In 1313 DA (Dragon Age), the first elves arrived on the continent of Borrelia. They soon entered into an alliance with the dwarves and humans.
During the Demon War, many elves left Borrelia behind and sailed to the west, hoping to find the Fair Land, a safe haven. Others fled to the hallowed domain of Redbranch Woods, a forested region guarded by powerful fey magic. Today, Redbranch Woods contains a diverse mix of elven subraces.
That's most of the elven lore (though I wrote it a tad more eloquently in WGtB), unless you're interested in the drow.

So... all demons are permanently banished to the Abyss, and all communication from there to the Material Plane is cut off. Who's affected the most? It's not humans. It's not tieflings. It's the drow. Suddenly, there are no more clerics, no more summoned demons, no signs of Lolth's favor or displeasure. It's pure, sheer pandemonium. Wait, rewind. It would have been sheer pandemonium. But luckily, the current high priestess of Lolth had earned her way to the top, instead of complementing the right yochlol. The high priestess, Halaea, declared that all of this was a test from Lolth- a test of their devotion. If they continued to worship her, even while she was silent, then they would be greatly rewarded. Otherwise, they would die painful and gruesome deaths. You know, typical demon lord stuff.
Not all of the drow listened to Halaea, though. One of them, a house captain named Akalan, was tired of being abused and mistreated in the drow's cutthroat society. Along with hundreds of like-minded drow, he left Halaea and Lolth behind, instead choosing to build a city of his own, which became known as Valstraed. Struggling to keep control of the other drow, Halaea declared war on Valstraed. The two kingdoms have been at war ever since.

Good! Some good ol' diversity. I like the fact that the Drow seem to get a massive chunk of lore in your setting, but I'm just a tiny bit afraid what's happening with Lolth... She'd be trying to un-banish herself, right? Is she going full Orcus and creating an undead spider wand? Eek! Love to see what's next.
Thanks! I glad you enjoy it!

That is terryifing. It’s cool, but terrifying. What kind of lore do you have on the devils/celestials?
I can’t remember what’s supposed to go here.
