Hey, I just wasted a whole bunch of time creating cantrips specifically for artificers (though they're not artificer-exclusive). So now, you get to see and review the result. Please leave feedback!

bloodforged skin:just take the dodge action (this would be fine if it was a bonus action or if it provided protection against say poison for the duration) also why does this spell get weaker as you level
insignia:take presidigitation it can already do this
Bloodforged skin lasts for 2 rounds, but i will make it a bonus action
Insignia lasts until dispelled
Poison is the most resisted damage type
being resisted is no excuse for making it do way more damage then any other cantrip and have a status effect that's pretty good (it would make a great first level spell as is though)
These are really cool! Big flavor points on Conjure Trinket and Insignia.
I like how Haunting Whispers is sort of like a trap that you can set off up to *7 DAYS* later, which feels powerful, but you may want to include something like with hex where it can be dispelled with remove curse.
Also this is stupidly nitpicky, but Insignia feels like Transmutation rather than Illusion, at least the way I am picturing it.

Bloodforged Skin
Boiling Bubble
Conjure Trinket
Define Flaw (Don't give me crap for this being strictly more powerful than true strike, we both know that true strike is underpowered)
Electrocute
Haunting Whisper
Insignia
Poison Blade

Haunting Whisper has been updated to be able to be removed by remove curse, and added level scaling for it (oops).

The description of Insignia just reads like a physical transformation rather than an illusory effect to me.
it doesn't physically change the object, as stated in the spell.
