I think it's fully functional, but let me know if something isn't working. also, there's no way of making something u have proficiency with hget expertise so that needs to be manually added. Finally, please let me know if something is weak or strong or anything really
Shady tatics could be abused (it is possible to get expertise in 3 of the skills by level 4 easily, then basically never fail any of them), cheap shot is incredibly strong, otherwise it is a very nice skill payoff for rogue, and a good subclass.
Firstly, I was considering magical-like effects for Shady Tactics, but my DM is currently running a magic-less campaign (I know - magic and 5e blah he wanted to) so I couldn't do that. My thought process was I can give this like uses per short rest based on prof bonus, but i want to be able to use this more often. I like the idea of possibly failing cause even if u succeed on the skill check 90 percent of the time, you lose a bonus action if u fail. Idk, do u think i should stick with uses twice prof bonus or smth?
Secondly, do u think cheap shots broken? do you have any ideas on how to fix it then?
