Hello, I've been trying to recreate the "Tool Proficiency" feature from the Alchemist subclass. The feature automatically adds proficiency in alchemist's supplies. If the character already has proficiency in alchemist's supplies it instead displays an option including all other artisan's tools.
How do I do this?
I have been looking for the last hour, and have found somewhat helpful solutions on similiar problems, but none that do exactly what this feature does. And as far as I have noticed, this is the only feature that works like this. What kind of sorcery is this? Whose child did they sacrifice to accomplish this?

We cannot as users, the field in the system that makes it work that way will only work for people with admin privileges (in other words, only Staff).
