How to add "improved critical", ie, critical range 19-20, on a homebrew weapon?
That doesn't have a modifier aspect, you can just add the text to the description of the weapon, then when someone is using that weapon just remember that 19+ is critical.

Thanks, it seemed that way but I wanted to make sure since I'm just getting acquainted to 5ed.
Now that I think about it, weapons do not have "critical range" attribute, so I can't change that...
