A dash attack. One of them horizontal sword slash projectil attacks ya see in games. A form of mind control that makes an enemy an ally for a short period of time and a powerful burst of wind
Nope. Nope. Maybe? And nope. The easiest way to see the first one is if Misty step did damage to everything in between you and a target you choose but that target needs to be an enemy. The other one is how in like Zelda games when you swing your sword at max hp and it dose that ranged slash projectile. Kinda like dominate person but if instead of needing to give it comands it attacks any enemy’s it sees and if it dosnt it just kinda stands there. And no. Easiest way to see this is like fusroda from Skyrim
"No" is not a particularly helpful response to suggestions. Why no? What are the suggestions not doing that you want, or doing that you don't want?
Your dash attack seems most similar to Steel Wind Strike. The air burst would be most like Gust of Wind. Only the Wizard class naturally gets access to both those spells; maybe look at the Bladesinger subclass and see if it's close enough to what you're looking for.
It’s a wide slash like projectile that can hit multiple things
don't get too hung up on eldritch blast being only one beam. you get additional beams as you level up. and most any dm you talk to would let you describe it a projectile instead of a beam. alternatively, maybe just magic missile that you and your dm agree is cast by swinging your sword (at full health, link?). could be a homebrew sword, or could be you're just a wizard using up your spell slots in a flashy, slashy kinda display.

Hum... Sounds Rogue-y or Ranger-y to me, or maybe a Fighter or a Monk? I think Rogue fits this the best since the main themes seem to be Sword + Movement.
The Jack
Dash Attack 3rd level
You can use your Action to make a Dash-Attack. Move up to your movement speed in a straight line horizontally, while moving you can move through enemy spaces without penalty but you must end your movement in an unoccupied space. Each creature whose space you moved into during this attack makes a Dexterity saving throw against a DC = 8 + your Dexterity Modifier + your Proficiency Bonus. On a failure, the target takes slashing damage equal to your sneak attack dice, on a success they take half as much damage.
Alternatively, if you are wielding a weapon with the Thrown property you can throw that weapon at a creature within the first range increment as an action, creatures between you and the target must make the Dexterity saving throw of take slashing damage equal to your sneak attack dice, or half as much damage on a success. Then make an attack roll against the target creature on a hit the weapon does normal damage but you cannot add your sneak attack damage to this attack or any other attack you make this turn.
You can use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, you regain all uses of this ability when you finish a long rest.
Burst of Wind 9th level
When you are hit by a melee attack, you can use your reaction to release a burst of wind around yourself. Each creature within 10 ft of you must make a Strength saving throw against a DC = 8 + your Dexterity Modifier + your Proficiency Bonus, on a failure they take 2d8 thunder damage and are pushed 10 ft away from you, or half as much damage on a successful save. Using this ability throws you off balance giving you disadvantage on all attack rolls until the end of your next turn.
The damage dealt by this ability increases at certain levels, becoming 3d8 thunder at 13th level, and 4d8 at 17th level.
Mind Control 13th level
You can cast dominate person, once you have used this ability you cannot use it again until you finish a long rest. Your DC for this spell is 8 + your Dexterity modifier + your Proficiency bonus
When you use your Dash attack you can move in any direction including vertically, if you end your movement in the air, you float harmlessly down to the ground. You regain all uses of your Dash Attack when you finish a short or long rest.
When you use your Burst of Wind feature, you can fly up to half your movement speed in a direction of your choice, this movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity.

So Thunder Step, Eldritch Blast, Crown of Madness, and the Telekinetic feat?
Pardon my lack of knowledge on the DDB side, I'm not exactly sure how to link spells/etc.
I know what you're thinking: "In that flurry of blows, did he use all his ki points, or save one?" Well, are ya feeling lucky, punk?
Kinda. No. Kinda. And not really

Eldrich blast is a single thing. Just. Look at this https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1820271151471118&id=2048074198821232

Yeah, never played Zelda or Skyrim. Got any references that don’t involve a video game?

The link thing was the closest thing I could think of
