The "option" part of a feature can include whatever you want so why can't you put it all in the one option?
Alternatively, you need to make a second feature that also has options and put the secondary thing in that set of options and make it have the previous option a prerequisite to select the second option.
I mean can I make features that have a prerequisite that's one of the options from previous levels. For example, at level three if there was an option for "swords" and "bows", if I picked swords I'd get features for swords and if I picked bows, I'd get features for bows

Yes. Follow that link from my previous post to learn all about how to properly set that up.
I want to make it so when you chose a certain feature option, there is a feature that pops up along with the option, is that possible?

I mean kind of like when selecting a subclass, it allows you all the subclasses' effects. I'm trying to do something like that.
Why don't you just make multiple subclasses then?
You’re going to have to be more specific as to what exactly you mean. In the meantime, you can learn all about Options in the Homebrew Subclasses & Species FAQ, question #1: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/dungeons-dragons-discussion/homebrew-house-rules/131411-a-homebrewers-how-to-faq#HomebrewSubclasses&SpeciesFAQ).
