I am a huge bleach fan and i was wondering what's the closest thing to make a shinigami and a Vizard?

When I saw the post I was fairly certain that you were talking about the household cleaning supply. Upon a quick Wikipedia search for Vizard I realize that it is in fact Bleach, a manga and anime. As it should be clear, everything I know about Bleach from about a 10 minute read through of the Wikipedia article.
From my understanding, it seems that Shimigami or Soul Reapers have mystical powers and a sword they can manifest, and they are tied to domains of death and the afterlife. Where they get their power is pretty ephemeral but they have a strong sense of duty. This in mind, a warlock, pact of the blade, and your choice of patron ranging from The Undying One to the Raven Queen or your own homebrew solution.
Vizards, through merging with a (demonic?) (undead?) soul called a hollow, gains extra powers namely being faster, stronger, more powerful in general. This could be best represented through a feat or additional Eldritch Invocations.
Despite my lack of knowledge, I'm more than happy to help in any additional way I can.

Hard to go wrong with Hexblade Warlock. Blood Hunter (Order of the Ghost Slayer or Order of the Profane Soul/Hexblade) would probably hit reasonably close too, assuming your DM is cool with Matt Mercer's 3rd party content. I know one of my characters wanted to be like a death knight from World of Warcraft and we settled on Blood Hunter as coming close on the aspects he wanted to represent.
Hexblade Warlock with Pact of the Blade all 20 levels. Then talk to your DM about having your patron (Hollow) take over your character when your health drops below 3/4.
This bears consideration and reply even years later. A wonderful jumping off point is as follows:
The arts of Shinigami Spellcasting, collectively called Kido, are numbered 1 - 99 amid a mixed concern of Binding Arts(Bakudo), Destructive Arts(Hado), and Healing Arts(I forgot that one’s name). Hyper convenient to those of us tinkering with d20 systems & spellcasting.
In a setting document we’d probably have to rely on planes of existence. Earth, Soul Society, Hueco Mundo, Hell, and the Beastlands.
Entities from any of the other realms cannot nominally enter the human world so much as enter Border Ethereal Plane, but both sides have limited ability to effect each other.
We’d have to consider, by conceit, that Backgrounds need to be potentially buffed with spell lists. Like, Soul Society Backgrounds would come both with a base Background (Soul Society noble) but then you can get a spell list from a specific clan (SHIBA EARTH AND FIRE *****ES WHAT WHAT!) or the Divisions of the 13 Court Guard Squads. Borrowing a bit from Ravnica and Strixhaven(Shinigami academy campaign, anyone?).
Plus is a race, which can by blessing become Shinigami. Hollowfication is a disease. Arrancar are a transformative lineage and a build a class similar to Warlock to cover their diversity of form and power. Quincy are a race. Zanpakuto are sidekicks who provide a scaling/story gated unique weapon. Schrifts are blessings or an ability similar to Archefey Bargains, Dark Gifts, or Dragon Pacts. Visored could either be a Blessing or a Lineage.
Shunpo is probably best represented as a progression of self buff spells.
Fullbring…is weird and varied. Possibly expressable best through an artificer like class?
Then, getting out into the weeds, we gotta account for Witches, Mod Souls, and Dragon Clad.
So…
Human - Playable Baseline Human
Plus - Playable Baseline Human Soul
Shinigami - Plus with a Blessing immune to hollowfication
Visored - Transformative Lineage or Blessing
Arrancar - Lineage, but most certainly with a desicated Warlock like class
Quincy - Race or Lineage
Kido 1 - 10, probably cantrips
rest of Kido are spell level through tens place. Healing kido is more involved taking longer casting times probably.
quincy holy bows are a concentration spells that provide rider effects for their Holy Arrows which are themselves a cantrip. I can see a lot of Ranger spells being repurposed here. Quincy Crosses are doubtlessly their class foci. I can readily see their class which heavily relies on battle tools being artificer like in nature. Well, that’s not fair, some quincies probably function more like sorcerers.
ugh, it just spins out of control, doesn’t it.

@gamephantomdm on twitter twitch.tv/gamephantomdm for me and some friends streaming D&D Wishing for the halcyon days of the WoTC D&D Board and hoping the DnDBeyond Forums can fill the hole in my heart left from the move to Gleemax and then dashing the lot of it for purely social media interaction.
Hmmm, and now, I wonder how to best incorporate options from Burn the Witch.

Didn't expect people to still reply to this so thanks! I am currently working on a setting to incorporate bleach stuff in it with my own version of them.
