Hey guys, I had a quick question and potential request. The other night, I was running a regular session that I had all planned... or so I thought. The party ended up doing the things I had planned way faster than I expected, and they ended up arriving at a temple that I have yet to fully flesh out. In the temple is a nest of Naga, as its resting on the edge of a Great Lake in a desert oasis.
The problem? There was only three different stat blocks to use for Nagas, and only a couple random home brewed ones. So I didn’t know if anyone here has had a similar issue when running them, and what your answer was. The reason I was thrown off, was because I could have sworn the Naga minis I have are all DnD ones, so I was confused why there weren’t any existing stat blocks.
I am currently looking for things similar to Swamp Naga, Bright Naga, Guiltspur Naga (names of the minis.) And while I’m at it, I also need stats for things similar to Amphisbaena, Serpent Demon, Selissa, and Marilith (also the names of minis.)
Any help with these few creatures would be awesome, even if it’s just recommending a similar creature to use as a block instead.
Swamp naga, bright naga, and guiltspur naga are from previous editions of D&D. However, just because a mini has a name doesn't mean you have to use the stat block with the same one. You could call the naga a swamp naga, bright naga, and guiltspur naga and exclusively use the spirit naga stat block, changing spells and the like when appropriate.

That’s kind of what I did on the fly this past weekend, but I like the idea of looking at something as close as possible, so I didn’t know if there was a stat that would be more similar.

Could you be looking for Yuan-ti?
Marilith has a stat block.
