Hey so I am making a Homebrew Race and one of the racial traits called Mucas Armor where: While wearing no armor your AC is 10 + Strength Modifier + Constitution Modifier. While wearing armor, when calculating your AC
I need need to know how to make that happen (10+STR+CON) in the Modifier Section in Homebrew. I am having trouble making it work because I am still a bit novice at making characters still. I appreciate the help.
That is set for Monks and Barbarians, I originally had a different calculation. It assumes that you will use the racial's Unarmored Defense calculation since you cannot acquire a new one by default. There may be some issues if you use items that are not armor, but change the armor calculation like Robe of the Archmagi but I am not aware of a more graceful way to calculate the armor with the current tools available.

One thing I also did not include was another check to make sure you are not subtracting Dex if it is negative.... You would think that this one would also prevent counting the Dexterity from being counted if it was positive... but that is not the case.

Ah that makes sense. So if let armor does go on it will revert back to normal calculations then. Even though I would probably go with my trait than armor lol

After you add those Modifiers you must re-save the entire homebrew using the main [SAVE CHANGES] button located under Basic Information or the system won’t pick up your changes. After that it could take up to 20 minutes for those changes to get pushed through tho the character/sheet.

I had listed two separate Modifiers, the first one was to tell the sheet to Ignore the Dex mod, the second was to tell it to apply both Con mod and PB.
The second Modifier seems to be working correctly because your Con mod is +2 and so is your PB, so that 4 points of AC that Toasted Skin is providing looks right. (Although, I do recommend playing with the character’s Constitution as well as both its specific Class level as well as its overall Character Level just to be sure.)
But the first Modifier does not seem to be getting applied which is wired because I know that one works. (It was the other one combining Con mod and PB that I was unsure of.)
Go back and double check that specific Modifier to make sure it’s correct: “Modifier: Ignore->Subtype: Unarmored Dex AC Bonus” (I might have written the wrong Submodifier the first time.) Then, make sure that you save that Modifier, then make sure to re-save the class feature the Modifier is attached to, and then finally you MUST re-save the entire subclass again using the main [SAVE CHANGES] button under Basic Information. After that give it at least 20 minutes and check the character sheet again. (Maybe fiddle with the character’s levels a bit just to make sure it is pulling from the most updated server cache.)

Edit, forgot that I needed to Set - Unarmored Armor Class to make it play nicely with Barbarians and Monks.

Ok so this is what happened my con is 15 and my proficiency bonus is +2 so I’m not sure if it’s working properly or not

I think it's a positive dexterity modifier.
I have a weird sense of humor.
I also make maps.(That's a link)
If they used the Modifier I suggested to have it ignore the Dex mod to AC, then it should not be.
