I'm trying to create a magic item on the Dndbeyond site that allows the user a +1 attack/+1 dmg against a specific foe, but otherwise functions as a normal weapon. When I put it together in the homebrew, I can get it to show +1 against all foes, but not +1 with restrictions... is it possible to set up a custom homebrew magic item like the one I'm describing?

Conditional bonuses like the one you describe are not currently possible.
