I am making a subclass where you make a selection from a list of options at 7th level and then you get a second selection from the same list of options at 18th level. That part works great. At level 20, you have an option to pick one of three capstone abilities. I would like for one of these three level 20 abilities to allow you to pick a third selection from the list of level 7 options, but the other level 20 abilities would not grant this. Is there a way to make this happen?
I know you can nest options and create higher level options that are dependent on lower level options but I’m not confident you can add another selection to a lower level ability based off a higher level one.
I think the best way to do this ability you describe is to make an option identical to the 7th level option nestled in the 20th level option.
