Apologies in advance for any ignorance on the subject. I am incredibly new to DND only recently regaining interest in the game.
This Subclass cannot be shared with the community for the following reasons:
This homebrew Subclass does not have the necessary class features with the correct required levels.
I am attempting to create a homebrew oath and I have been getting this message no matter what I do. Before that I got another message that stated that the links (the spells on the spell list) were also a factor, but I was able to deal with that easily. My problem with this is, I have looked at tutorials, I've read other homebrew oaths, and I've been on other forums on both this site and reddit concerning class features. I added what I thought were class features to the class features section, but that didn't have any change on the issue. If someone could assist me on this matter it would be deeply appreciated.
For future reference the Homebrew & House Rules forum is usually best for getting help with homebrew. There are guides and useful info stickied there.
For example the stickied thread Creating Subclasses Guide has your answer. Please read through the first post there.
Also note: the message is only relevant to publishing your homebrew for the public to use. It will not stop you using it for personal use, and if in a campaign on here the people in your campaign can use it too.

Thank you to all who replied, I was confused because I already had it at these levels, but I was just missing some parts and put some things in the wrong spot. I was able to fix it yesterday.

You should have oath features at levels 3, 7, 15 and 20. If it doesn't, change to these levels.
