I want to make a room like a mirror maze how do I rule the confusing movement DC 14 wis save for free movement and if they fail move in a random dierection?

I'd make it an Intelligence (Perception) check, DC 15. On fail roll 1d8 to choose direction (1: North, 2: NE, 3: E, 4: SE, 5: S, 6: SW, 7: W, 8: NW).
Why Intelligence (Perception)?
Wisdom is the instinctual mind, when you roll perception using wisdom it's because you don't have to consciously think about it. However, in a mirror maze your natural perception no longer works like its supposed to, so you need to think consciously about what you are seeing and understand about reflections and mirrors in order to discern where you are going. It's still sight-based and not really investigative, people who see better still fare better in a mirror maze so it's still perception.
