(jgad is on hols so I will bot Bree. As discussed in OOC, the hole in the barrier is relatively small - about the size of a humanoid's face. The barrier is weakened and can be pulled down as an action)
Sila'sarrow flies true and strikes the lead troglodyte square in the chest, wounding it badly but not taking it down. She then moves into cover and waits.
Gruenic throws a javelin through the hole at the lead Troggy and then he braces for impact at the front to be the first thing that the Troggies encounter when they come out of the opening, bracing his shield. He moves to a point in front but still allowing access to the hole and ranged weapons.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Garavant moves up toward the hole, then quickly crouches, using the muddy barrier to hide himself from the troglodytes. He then pops up and sends a hand crossbow bolt flying at the troglodyte he can best get a bead on. He then quickly darts away so that Gruenic is still the center of the attackers' attention.

(Wow, Garavant did it again!)
Though it was only a fraction of a second, Artemis's scouting gave Lucy what she wanted. " There are three of them behind the wall! '' Lucy moves to the back of Gruenic. Her arrow is pointing at the hole and will be released when the monsters make an appearance.
Gruenic throws his javelin through the hole but the restricted angle puts him off just enough for the projectile to fly wide. The steel shaft is still clattering against the stone floor while the cleric brings his shield forward to provide a bulwark.
Garavant darts into view just quick enough to fire his hand crossbow and steal away silently; in his wake the already-wounded troglodyte falls dead, a bolt in his skull to match Sila’s arrow in his chest.
(32 damage – 11 for the original damage roll, 9 for the sneak damage and then 12 for the critical sneak damage)
The two remaining troglodytesstorm the barrier, one of them tearing it down from behind (it appears now to have been designed as movable from that side). Both stand there, ready to attack.
Lucytakes partial cover behind Gruenic and prepares to shoot when she can sight an enemy. Almost immediately she sees troglodyte 2 tear down the barrier and looses an arrow from her magic bow. The arrow sinks deep into the creature’s stomach and doubles it over, although it is still in the fight.
Breehurls a fire bolt at the wounded troggy Attack: 23 Damage: 9
The bolt smothers the troglodyte's face and sears its face away; the creature falls dead before it can attack.
(Artemis and Sila next, then Gruenic and Garavant)

As the closest one falls, Sila draws another arrow adjusting her position to aim between Gruenic and Garavant at Troggy3(?) through the hole. Attack: 19 Damage: 4 then moving back out of the way for the others.

The sweet adrenaline dancing in Lucy's brain thrusts all noise (especially the smelling) aside and makes her focus on the battle. The elf bladesinger fits another arrow to her longbow.
If the reptilian survive the attack of her friends, she will shoot the monster.
Longbow to Troglodyte3 Attack: 16 Damage: 9
If the monster is dead. Lucy will send Artemis to check the southern entrance of the crossroad inside the Troglodyte's den.
Silatakes a single graceful step to give her an angle on troglodyte 3, releasing her arrow before tucking back into cover. The arrow finds its mark, catching the creature square in the chest.
Following fast on the feathers of Sila’s arrow, Lucy’ssinks deep beside it. The troglodyte is not downed, but looks badly wounded.
Gruenic wrinkles his nose and steps into range of the troglodyte. He has fought off chronic revulsion at the smell already and is prepared for it, but his swing is wide.
Luckily, his dashing colleague Garavantis on hand to finish the job and fire a hand crossbow bolt into the wounded defender’s eye socket. The malodorous monster sinks to its knees and keels over.
There are no more enemies visible, all three original defenders having been dispatched. However, you get the distinct sense that danger still lies within the troglodyte den.
(According to my notes, Gruenic is the only VGS member who has passed a CON save against the troggy smell so far - this means that anyone else moving within 5ft of one must make a CON save or be poisoned until the start of their next turn. Once you have passed a save you are immune for a while)
Head still wrapped from the smell in the room, Sila follows on her turn through the hole anticipating more trouble around the corner trying to stay close to Gruenic pulling her arrows free as she goes.

When the tide of excitement is out, Lucy's sense of smell immediately returns. She covers her nose and says. " … Through the owl's eyes, I saw a crossroad behind the wall. Could be more Troglodytes hiding there" And orders her familiar. " Go Artemis, Check the entrance on the left. Don't dare think anything funny! " The white owl sighs and dives into the dark cavern again.
(Lucy sends Artemis to scout the southern entrance of the crossroad inside the Troglodytes den)
Bree stands by while Lucy orders Artemis to search ahead and the owl swoops into the cave ahead to scout.
They see a path to the south east but not where it leads, a path south west which seems to head into a chamber full of straw-lined nests and at least three troglodytes in defensive postures.
To the west of the end of the entrance corridor, two troglodytes lurk in ambush. One seems to be guarding a sleeping area, the other is defending a 10ft corridor which ends in a mud barrier with handles attached.
Lucy relays these details to the group.
(Sila and Gruenic can proceed forwards as posted, or change in light of this information)
