"There's another way. But it's riskier and I don't know in how much trouble we might get if we do that." He goes silent for a bit then continues. "A knight directly working for the king may carry more authority than a guard, but it is not common for them to address the royals, also their armor tends to be heavier with closed off helmets that may cover one's fae heritage."
“If we are to work together we must trust each other yes?” Iarakir looks at each of the others in turn. “Can I trust you all not to give away something that may help us?”
“Ooh a Demi fae!” Beth says excited, “ Alright, once we’re done looking at the file, I’ll start making a plan.”Beth says, a determined grin on her face. Maybe this won’t be as bad as she thought it would be.

(You are in your rooms, did you read the other replies?)
(Ok I’m assuming all have agreed to keep the secret. If not let me know and it will change what I do.)
Still looking unsure Iarakir takes a deep breath. As he lets it go his visage suddenly shifts to that of Caden. He looks to you all to gauge your reactions.
“If we are to work together we must know what each is capable of. As you can see I can approach without being recognized. What do each of you bring to this mission?”
"Most Fae can take an animal form. I can join Beth." *Note, Fae shapeshifting doesn't entirely work like Wild Shape. Each Fae has a different animal form and they can't choose.*
Sean, having gathered his thoughts, finally adds to the conversation: "I think I'll be useless for this plan, my training is limited to the art of combat, and I can't shape-shift like all of you, the only thing I can do is..." Sean starts muttering something and waving his hand. Suddenly 4 small balls of light appear out of nowhere, dancing around the room, then the 4 balls gathered together in a vaguely humanoid form, and finally disappearing. "But I don't think this parlor trick is going to be of any help."

“Then you don’t growl at folks. But hey if you want to try asking go for it. How do you plan on him not recognizing you?”

Sean is left speachless, completely taken by surprise he doesn't know what to say: "I... Uh..."
“Ok, I can help by scouting out as a spider. Then once there is not many guards, I’ll give you information.”
“As in you can become a spider?” It’s clear I’m impressed.

“That leaves only one of us to disguise then. Perhaps you could become a spider today and secure a guards uniform for us?”
"My shape is that of a rat. It's better than a pig, at least."
