Take a look at the map in Discord. The Villa, at nighttime, is still guarded, but it's dark, and quiet. How do you wish to proceed. Climb the wall? Something else?
Avys looks at the group, unsure of how might best serve this mission... "I can make a distraction of sorts surely, but once you're all inside, I do believe that communications would be cut off so be careful. Let's say we rendezvous at the manor in a few hours? I could stay around and keep watch for the time being, but it can't be too obvious. Who will stay with me?"
"Team Loud: Bruvir, Avys. You guys stay here. Go back to the manor in two hours. Team Sneak: Syl, me, and Nom nom. We'll see what we can find inside."Kasha said. "See those two guards at the gate to the villa? Go talk to them again. We'll slip around the back and head for the sliding door you saw. By the way, I love chocolate covered peanuts. Let's do this!"

Naumick nods, a slight smile touching his lips. "I like it when you take charge, lassie." He waits for the others to go distract the guards and then attempts to sneak to the sliding door and open it.

Kasha blushed. Off to the side where no one was looking, she poufed into a black cat with bright green eyes and padded silently behind him towards area G3 (sliding glass door you're talking about?)
G3 is a stone building with large windows that appears to be a beautifully maintained coach and clean stables that house four draft horses and a gorgeous jet-black riding horse. A sliding wooden door bars access to the stables and has a padlock on the outside that holds it shut. Picking the lock requires a successful DC 20 Dexterity check using thieves’ tools.
That is all you can see from here.
Catsha looks up at you expectantly, but with the intelligence of a cat, not Kasha. It's almost as if a cat joined you, and not her. She takes a moment to silently lick herself.
Naumick looks down to the cat. "Well, that didn't go as planned..." He blushes a bit. "Let's find another way in." He moves over to the wall, picking up Kasha-cat, smiling and whispering to her quietly, "Hope it's true what they say about cats and their feet. Let me know if anyone is on the other side." He then hurls her over the wall. He waits a beat to hear any commotion and then tries to scale the wall himself.

Syl crouches down, stumbling with surprising silence after the Dwarf, trying not to laugh when Catsha flies over the wall. He silently high-fives Naumick before scampering up the wall behind.
Balcony. Through the trees, you can see a large balcony (area G17) enclosed by an iron railing above the mansion’s main entrance. The balcony is 20 feet above ground level, and scaling the mansion’s brick walls to reach it without the aid of climbing gear or magic requires a successful DC 15 Strength (Athletics) check.
It's going to take a DC13 Stealth check to navigate to the next location on the Villa you wish to explore.
Syl sighs - he's no good at climbing. He looks around, winks at Kasha before she's Cat-apulted away, runs back, and dashes forward, pulling on the mystical powers of Ki unlocked through a diet consisting purely of the finest liquors.
Using a Ki point to Step of the Wind upwards! Stealth: 25
This large balcony is enclosed by an ornate wrought-iron railing and has lounge chairs neatly arranged on it. The ground is 20 feet below, and open glass doors lead to a bedroom (area G16). Kasha hops down from the roof from where she landed because someone decided to chuck her up the roof.
Katsha gives you the stinkeye. You can't tell if it's really from the cat's consciousness or Kasha's subconscious.
This is what you see when you peek in.
A young woman, wearing a breastplate and armed with a rapier, stands next to her well-dressed half-orc bodyguard. There's a locked wooden trunk resting at the foot of a large, canopied bed in the southwest corner. A claw-footed bathtub sits in the northwest alcove near a freestanding mirror and a privacy screen. Hanging above a fireplace in the southeast corner is a shield that bears the Gralhund coat of arms. Logs are stacked neatly next to the hearth. A tall mahogany wardrobe stuffed with expensive gowns and dress clothes stands next to a pair of open glass doors leading out to a balcony.
Naumick looks to the others with him. "Fancy," he mutters. "Might be we get a live re-enactment of Tusk Love." He looks about for another entrance from this point or whether there is a way to enter unseen.

Syl expected the place to have people in it. Just more people to sneak around, right? "Perhaps that's a distraction that might be helpful for entry," Syl comment with a chuckle, wondering if he should cover Kasha's eyes. The wooden chest interested him, but they were here to figure out what happened, not steal.
Syl scans the vicinity for any rogue gardeners or servants of the mansion that could possibly threaten to see them before looking for another means of entry - a window or door with nobody inside, preferably.

It's a fantastic roll, but you can't see anything or anyone. It's possible that anyone who works outside could be asleep.
