Tempe changes tactics a little bit he draws his Yklwa flies five foot above and behind the left PWs and attacks: 21 Damage: 10 Attack: 10 Damage: 11 (I guess thats 10ft from Petcan) Pinky flies down and fiery teleports DC15 Dex 8 Tempe 15ft away upward
Bow no facing a couple of PW's right at his face grins, no problem for him to kill them up close. And he shoots three bolts from the most hurt to the least:

When a creature you can see within 30 ft. drops to 0 HP, you can use your reaction to have that creature make one weapon attack against a target of your choice within its range.

Petcan attempts a fireball on top of the plants, catching as many as possible in the fire. If allies would be caught in it too, he'll use Careful Spell metamagic to give them an auto success on the save for half damage

The fire washes over the 3 Left PWs and leaves mostly ashes and burnt flowers in it's wake (all the Left ones are dead). Petcan narrowly avoids the flames and doesn't suffer as badly from what does reach him. The 2 Front PWs take the full brunt of the fire and are freed from their stupor.
