You hurry down the tunnel and Mignon informs you that the branch off to the West that leads to the pumping station is just ahead. You hear some goblins have found the door and are prying it open and beginning to fill into the smuggler's tunnel. Even more can be heard further away but approaching.

"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
"I don't know, I've never explored the pumping station. The tunnel is new."
Mignon hurries to the branch off and shows you, it is more freshly dug than the tunnel you're in.
Goblins can be heard in the distance making their way in this direction.

"Nevermind. Let us simply hurry to the pumping station and get to work. I am sure fate will provide"
Zenodor's recent years have been devoted to following his Patron's unfathomable directions, and via a sailing ship and an island they have led him here. By now he's quite used to there being no apparent plan, but trusts that his Patron won't send him into suicide until Z has fulfilled his purpose and repaid his Patron - whatever that may mean in the end.
As soon as they reach the pumping station Pepin walks to it and takes a good look to figure out how to flood the sewers. As he tells the guards to let the others know it will happen soon through the sending stone.

Mignon leads the way down the West passage and you all follow him into the pumping station. There are 3 large pipes emerging from the wall 40 feet opposite you and the pumping station room is 80 feet wide. Each of the pipes is 15 feet in diameter. The pipes are all currently closed and next to each one is a metal crank for opening each one. To flood the sewers you will need to open all 3 pipes.
Goblins can be heard scurrying down the West passage. (Not legions and legions, but a few squads at least.)

There appears to be an access shaft near the first pipe. It has rungs or handholds that lead up into near total darkness. (So your best guess is that is opens into a warehouse or something similar instead of outside.)

Moving to the center of the room, Randall says, “Open all the pipes. I will entreat Lathander to cause the waters to flow in our favor.”
Raising his arms like a musical conductor, Randall begins casting a powerful spell Control Water). As the water begins to flow, he directs it all down the tunnel towards the goblins (redirect flow function of the spell).

Petcan and Pepin start to open 2 of the pipes and Randall uses a spell to direct the water flow toward any goblins coming into the pumping station. I will roll and give each group a 33% chance to not get knocked prone and washed back out into the tunnel.
Roll for initiative.

"I agree, let's go. Once this place is flooded it won't make much of a difference how well we closed the door"

"Mignon, what way are there to escape from the pumping station to escape once we have started the flooding?"
(I.e. do we need to secure this smuggler's tunnel or can we just carry on running to the pumping station?)
