Irraxan, high up in the air, should be able to indicate which direction they need to go to reach the coast. "Brilliant idea. I can also cast Banishment once your spell expires, if we need another minute to get further away"
Pepin agrees with the assesment that Randall did some good and quick thinking.

Randall:
After greeting the covered wagon and ensuring to the best of his ability that they are truly representatives of the church (insight), Randall floats the heavily-laden blanket-covered carpet into the covered wagon.
Insight: 27
Once it is inside and hidden by the covering, he removes the blankets and reveals the massive treasure pile on the carpet (up to 1600 lbs of treasure at max carrying capacity) and has the carpet tilt slightly to slide the treasure into the wagon. Opening up his magic haversack and pouring the rest of the treasure in, the wagon is soon filled with roughly a ton of high value treasure coins, gems, jewelry and other items.
“I would like to make a donation to the church for the purpose of helping the people of Laurentis,” says Randall, welcoming the others in his group to donate what they will. “Iask that a small portion of this treasure be left for me, including as many diamonds as possible, for they are of great use in my divine spellcasting, but I want most of this treasure to help the people.”
He then rolls up the magic carpet and slides it into his magic haversack, preparing to continue along with the wagon until it is safely back at the temple. Then he will discuss with the high priest how best to deal with this unusually large donation.

(Sorry, I misunderstood your posts as meaning you were perhaps missing some hp or other resources. However you are right about suffering a near death experience from a RP perspective and even with Pepin's mending there are a couple of rips and tears in your clothing, so it will suffice to protect your modesty but will eventually have to be replaced.)
Zenodor, still wearing the singed clothes the Hyrdas roasted him in, decides to do a bit of clothes shopping. Non-magical clothes will do, but if he can somehow find something like Clothes of Mending, he might stretch his budget and spend some of the money they have gathered over their adventures.
Your efforts to share most of the treasure among the people of Laurentiis goes a long way to preventing depression and dread from taking root.
@Petcan
Within minutes to hours of your actions the tavern fills to just over half and many forget their problems as the tavern's atmosphere returns to a semblance of normalcy.

You find a small shop just off a main street that sells mostly regular clothing (80% to 90%) and some specialty items (10% to 20%). It is run by a human woman, Katasha, and her two daughters Eora and Zhaynala. You can find Clothes of Mending here but for a 10% mark up. All the clothes, both regular and specialty are of very good quality.

After discussing with the head priest the best way to help the people without making them dependent on the church’s largesse or unbalancing the city’s economy with such an influx of coin, Randall goes to the treasure pile, now all neatly sorted by the acolytes.
Going to the pile of diamonds, Randall takes them and puts them in a hidden place in his bag of holding. He also takes some special items of value that line up with spell components for his divine magic as well as a reasonable amount of gold and platinum coinage for his future expenses. A pittance compared to the massive trove now in the care of the church, but still quite a lot of coin for someone like Randall. The faithful priest offers a prayer and leaves.
Going and retrieving his Dragonscale shield, Randall smiles and thanks Kronk for the great work, paying him as agreed plus a bit more.

As you leave one of the acolytes, a young male half-elf named Slean, offers to act as a sort of 'adjutant' between you and the church. (carrying news and messages, doing small chores etc.)
Kronk thanks you and asks, "How about in a couple of days when you lot come back to pick up the armor we get a few drinks with our midday meal and share tales of adventure?"
