There are books on history, magical theory, mathematical formulae, and many other topics. Some are better reads than others but all contain valuable information on their respective topics. Are you just making a few stacks or trying to tidy up all 4 hallways worth, with shelves ling both sides of each hallway and loaded floor to ceiling with books?

"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
Zenodor: "As much as all books should be treasured, I do not think we can try to organise this whole library. Maybe on our return to the city, we can advise their scholars where to find this place and to try to salvage these books. But in the meantime, let us focus on what is important: Where is the Phylactery of the Dracolich? That is what we must try to find. Can the Scroll be used a second time? Or can we use a spell like 'Detect Magic' to help our search?"
“After our rest, let us find and destroy the phylactery. Then we can gather the books and transport them to the city, either by magic or by using the items at our disposal,” suggests Randall. (Randall has a large carpet of flying and a bag of holding, so together they would carry a lot of books).

(We aren't far from the city right? So just telling scholars where this library can be found should be enough)
"Yes, let us rest before looking further."

You can each clear a spot to take a long rest, even using the stack of books you clean up as a stool/chair (somewhere to sit). Some of the books are in relatively good condition which would suggest they are either of a modern era or just well taken care of, but many are in various states of... decay (for lack of a better descriptor).
You can all apply the effects of a long rest (healing and restoration of class features, etc. etc.).
Tempe is able to detect the glow of a book near where BGBG was destroyed, it is clearly a magical tome of some sort.

As Tempe sits and rest, leaving the tome for the end of the long rest, he says while pointing at it. "There is a magic tome or book, over there where the magic using golem was destroyed, I think rest is more important first." He sits and meditates, while resting.
Zenodor will rest and recover his strength. When he has rested enough, he will rummage around the books for a bit to see if there is anything else that stands out, or any items other than books. But he will leave the magic time well alone for the moment until Tempe is ready to examine it.
There are books everywhere, except for a few small spots that were cleared for you to sit and rest. The books are scattered all over the floor of the main chamber and the hallway you took refuge from the golems in, there are even some in the other two hallways that were scouted. The last hallway remains unexplored as the fighting with the golems served as an interruption.

Randall:
While Randall waits for the others to be ready, he starts sorting through books. Tomes he sees with historic or religious significance he puts in the bag of holding. Others he puts aside to temporarily leave behind or allow others to sort through.

A very intense blue glow outlines clearly arcane glyphs, they spell out the name of the book. It is a Manual of Book Golems. You can create one of each of the two kinds of book golems you guys just fought. When the second golem is created the manual burst into eldritch flames. Only some of the pages do when you create the first golem. In each case you will have the ashes needed to create and control the golem.

Tempe looks stunned "Hmm, we can use this to create a guardian, for what I'm not sure, if we create a golem that is, any suggestions?" He stores it in his Backpack.
”For a library, I assume,” says Randall with a smile, “Otherwise it could be quite obvious.”
Having found what books of interest he could and mostly filled his Bag of Holding with them, Randall suggests, “If we are ready, I will cast the finding spell and we can resume our search.”
If others are ready, he will cast Locate Object.

Tempe hard casts detect magic, and proceeds to clean a spot, once he has a spot to sit, he scans the entire field of books.
