Pepin moves forward 30ft and (I think) is able to attack. He focusses on the amulet around his neck and calls on to his god to strike this dragon. A bolt shoots out of the amulet towards the dragon.

Zenodor considers his options for a second. He has limited magical energy left (2 spell slots total, and spent 1 on getting Petcan flying) but he decides to use most of his magical power on Synaptic Static, casting it on a point so that it hits the dragon but does not include Petcan in the area effect. He then moves behind whatever cover he can find - just in case the Dragon gets annoyed enough to turn from Petcan and shoot something at him instead. (using 30ft movement to find whatever cover he can)
Damage: 31 Psychic, with DC16 Intelligence save for half (and after failed save would have to subtracts1d6 from all its attack, ability and concentration rolls)

Petcan dropped a fireball on a black tent while flying invisibly.
Round 1:
Petcan flies further away from the Black Dragon and dodges. (Fails save and is under the frightened condition.)
Pepin makes a protector cannon that gives everyone 13 temp hp. (Petcan and Irraxan are more than 10 feet away so don't benefit this turn.)
Tempe flies up but keeps a distance of 150 feet from the Black Dragon and summons Pinky.
Zenodor runs toward the Black Dragon at a slight angle and fires off his eldritch blast cantrip but both beams miss.
Black Dragon flies and dashes but ends up 10 feet from Petcan.
Randall summons a Battleforce Angel to help and then runs and dashes toward the Black Dragon.
Round 2:
Petcan posted that he wanted to move away right after the Black Dragon closed the distance but then in initiative order posted a different thing. (You can choose which post you want to count... and don't forget at the end of your turn you get to make another WIS save to end frightened condition.)
Pepin moves closer and casts a Guiding Bolt but it misses.
Tempe casts Earthbind but the Black Dragon saves.
Zenodor casts Synaptic Static and the Black Dragon fails its save, taking 23 psychic damage. Zenodor makes it to some supplies and takes cover. (2 small crates and some sacks stacked together... half cover.)
(It is the Black Dragon's turn but it depends on which post of Petcan's counts... 1 has him 130 feet away, the other 70 feet.)

Ah, I think it's only fair to stick to 2082, where I cast the spell. I'm not sure why I thought that was round 3.
