Assuming they are done with casting Hallow to reconsecrate the rest of the temple, plundering as much as they can while waiting, and Pepin with sealing it all up, Zenodor says:
"I suggest we return back home and then report back to the elves. I can cast Teleportation Circle to get us to a corresponding major circle at a temple in the city, which might be the quickest way to get there."
Worn out from his 24 hour ritual, Randall nonetheless formally hands over the cleared temple to the elves. Afterwards, he agrees, “Yes, Let us get back.”

By which means are you returning to the city?

Unless you have a different destination in mind I'm going to say you are teleporting back to the church you guys were donating to in Laurentiis.
Feel free to describe your arrival.

After they teleport back to the temple, Randall makes sure that 10% of his portion of the massive treasure hall goes into the temple funds. He donates his hooked horror armor and shield to a promising young Cleric or Paladin, then uses some of his remaining funds to find a magical shield to buy.
(Thinking a simple +X shield, with X being a 2 or 3 depending on what he can find)

Zenodor will look into setting up a fund with the treasure to support the orphans and the homeless from this conflict. He hopes there is enough money to e.g. buy an warehouse (or more?) or other building (s) and convert it into cheap but serviceable accomodation for anyone who needs it, and to pay for some care and education for the young ones
Pepin will just put his money in the bank or whatever to later use to buy a ship or shop, he hasn't really decided yet.

Tempe goes to the nearest temple of his order and donates most of his gold, from the dragons hoard, keeping enough to live comfortably, prays and meditates.
If there is downtime available, Randall will continue to work on designs for his planned temple to the Morninglord in addition to finding a magic shield.

Mynash introduces you to several wizards who would be willing to craft a shield for you, of course it would incorporate an emblem to the Morninglord, in exchange for a suitable price. The plans for your temple are coming along nicely.
@Zenodor
Many buildings have become available due to the closure of several businesses, a half-collapsed warehouse near the docks can be salvaged to serve as a school with a sizeable field for sport and play. The actual gold is quite excessive, reaching several hundred thousand gp in value and due to your group's various charities and donations it actually helps offset the closing of many businesses to shore-up and stabilize the economy of Laurentiis.
@Pepin
Securing your money in a bank means you get an introduction to a group of creditors and bankers, Ceryl de Boers, who has plans of his own to open a Scriptorium.
@Tempe
Meditating keeps bringing you back to the thought that having some extra healing magic couldn't hurt and you are able to obtain the Potions of Supreme Healing.

Immediately getting a mage started on the shield creation task, Randall begins making plans to visit his mountaintop temple site.
1) He plans to Hallow the location, making it holy to Lathander.
2) Then Word of Recall will allow him to transport there or the Temple in Laurentis.
3) Once his plans are complete and he has a year to dedicate to the effort, he plans to use Temple of the Gods to make a permanent temple to welcome the first rays of sunlight every morning.
He will likely ask for help to make a Teleportation Circle there as well so people can move freely between the two temples.
But first, there are likely more challenges to overcome…

Pepin has multiple good talks with the bankers and creditors, and receives a couple of good leads for both ship building, as well as real estate acquirements. He knows he has to have some good thoughts about what he wants, but having Laurentis as a home seems like a good first step. Thus he starts looking for a nice place to buy, that at least has 3 floors where the bottom floor can be repurposed to be a (work)shop.
When he meets Ceryl he is interested in how far a long his plans are and if there is anything Pepin can do to help get the Scriptorium up and running.

You find 2 potential sites immediately available, one is at the top of a small hill, and the other is near the South wall. Ceryl has the contacts and several options for employees already, he just lacks a suitable building that will serve his needs.

Showing her the armor he wears, Randall asks for shield that matches stylistically and has Lathander’s emblem on it. As far as the enchantment, he is thinking a straightforward +2 or +3 bonus to AC (no attunement slots left for anything fancy).

Pepin is willing to help Ceryl acquiring the building needed if he can show him a good business plan, and of course the building he was thinking of. For a stake in the business of course.
For himself he likes the one at the top of a small hill a bit better than close to the wall.
