Zyllith had stayed on the other side of the doorway while she watch Arisa’s exchange with the other goblin. She had remained hidden as soon as Arisa charged into the kitchen, ready to attack if things turned violent, but in the end things resolved relatively peacefully. Zyllith was more then happy with that, as she was in no shape to continue risking life and limb much at the moment.
She gave everyone a hearty smile as they gathered to rest happy that they were to survive such a battle. When the time came the tiefling opted to sit by Arisa as she tended to her arrow wound. She offered her some encouraging words while they shared rations and rested. "Rioght choice there luv. No shortage of dag's meat ta' bury in tha' road ahead. Ought times when tha' best shots leave the lake clear. Wankers can have a go when tha' turns come up, savvy?"
Arisa smiles weakly at Zyllith and says “thanks for that. Nice fighting, by the way. “. To the group, she says “You are all great in that battle! Vernon, we need to work on your dog training skills! But I am glad we all made it.”
Osmord settles down quietly to remove the dead goblins toes. Popping them one by on into the jar he watches the group as they take their rest and heal up.
"Victory again...this gathered group is mighty, and Osmord is pleased." smiling he pops a pickled toe into his mouth and happily crunches away.
Slipping into worms head for a moment he sends the bird flitting through the building to search for shiny objects. (Perception 12)
Osmord eats his snacks and settles into his shell for a short rest. (Healing : 4)
You all settle down in the dining room, and since a few of the chairs and tables remain intact, you can sit down in relative comfort and enjoy the some of the cheese hunks and oat cakes that you found in the kitchen. In his search, Belkas did indeed find a keg that was still half full of ale, so you're able to enjoy a few mugs of the light, summer wheat beer, which you guess may very well have been crafted from the local wheat that grows in the village.
The time of rest rejuvenates you somewhat after the intense battle, although in the back of your minds, you realize that you've only explored a very small section of the town. It's still quite early, though, so you have hours of daylight ahead of you for whatever you decide to do next.
Osmord, Is Worm flying around the entire inn, both upstairs and downstairs?
Worm flies through the inn, and through his eyes, you don't see anything of real value aside from what you've already found in the dining room and kitchen. When the raven flies upstairs, you can see that there are four bedrooms that lead off the hallway, two right and two left. However, the doors to each are closed, so there's no way of knowing what's inside each room.
Watching Osmord eat, Belkas used Minor Illusion to play lute music while he softly sang:
There once was a tortle Who sat on a portal Eating up old monster toes.
Along came a gobl'n And snuck up behind'n 'Till Osmord pickled its nose.
Belkas took another swig of ale. "Nothing like decent ale after a good fight and a short rest. Should we start heading towards the keep, checking each building we pass to avoid getting struck in the back again? Or is that something Worm can do for us first?"
Arisa takes a deep breath, says”lovely song Belkas- maybe not the lyrics so much but the melody and your voice are magical” she smiles. Grabbing her staff, slinging her pack over her shoulder, she starts heading up the stairs.
"Ah yae! Cheers, Mate! That's tha' rioght propar sip fer tha' occasion!" Zyllith grins as she takes advantage of the discovered ale, savoring her share as she enjoys the restful moment. Though she very clearly avoids looking in Osmord's direction while the tortle enjoys his snacks. Eventually she turns towards Balkas to offer her thoughts, "Might we could scratch the upstairs and see whot falls tha' way side? Can't be having this inn unsearched in case more green bastards lying in wait."
Seeing Arisa begin to move upstairs, Zyllith would simply shrug and gather her belongings before following behind her.
You all head up the creaky, but solidly built stairs of the inn, and when you get to the upper landing, you find yourselves in a hallway with four closed doors. Two on the east side, left and right and two on the west side, left and right.
Vernon will stay put for the hour and have that talking-to with the gods. When the others head for the stairs, he will say, "I'll stay down here in case any more come through the front door."
You hear nothing at the door, and when you open it, you find a vacant bedroom that contains two beds, an empty wardrobe, a desk, and a matching chair. An oil lamp sits on one corner of the desk, and another rests on a small table tucked between the two beds. A bearskin rug lies on the floor.
Arisa finds nothing of value in the room, and no one hiding under the bed or the rug, and in checking the door across the hall, Zyllith hears nothing at the door on the right.
Vernon will thank Belkas for the cheese and use his hit die.

Osmord pokes out his head and opens an eye.
“Worm can fly ahead, worm can soar through the heavens, she sees doors above.” Osmord points toward the ceiling.
With a sigh he gets to his feet, “We should search upstairs, see what is inside the rooms. Worm can not open doors.”
Osmord heads toward the stairs with shield at the ready should some little imp attack and pierce his defences.

“Nothing in this room So far- want to check the others” she says softly to those behind her.
Zyllith will check the next door, starting with the left on the west side.
Perception: 6+3=9
Arisa finds nothing of value in the room, and no one hiding under the bed or the rug, and in checking the door across the hall, Zyllith hears nothing at the door on the right.
Belkas hunkers around in grim bodyguard fashion, as those with better perception search the rooms.
Arisa will cross over to the door of the room where Zyllith is listening and nods silently- and tries that door, again ready for a fight...
