Nephvir draws both short swords, and sneaks into the room, right behind the cook on the left.

Unknown to him, they had dropped a Funyun on the ground in their cooking prep process. "Crunch...." his foot hits the fried, crunchy and delicious onion. "F&^* it." he says, and attacks viciously.
Raza switches out her sword and dagger with her bow. With Neph going in for close combat she decides to follow Daewen's lead but will stay back with the rest of the group. She waits to see what comes of the surprise attack on the unsuspecting drow.
As the others start to move, Mock gets ready. She keeps her axe tucked away on her back for now, stepping closer to the door and leaning onto the balls of her feet. If - when, it's usually when - they blow their stealth, she knows what she's doing. Get to the other door and stop the drow from leaving. Be the brick wall in their way. Her size is good for some things, after all. She grins and braces herself for action.
The drow are simple commoners. Upon being struck with arrows, they bark in surprise, and with looks of horror on their faces, they collapse to the ground and remain still, bleeding out. Looks like that ratatouille isn't going to be served tonight.
Kasha is seen off to the left, by some cooked food, eating hungrily.
Neph pulls up, surprised by how easily they went down, somewhat embarrassed by the amount of noise he made. He sees the ratatouille and says quietly to the others, “Anyone have experience in poisoning, or the art of disguise? We could put something in the stew, weaken them, and then attack...”. He looks up, over to Doc and Zhi, “Anything you guys can cook up?” He smiles and asks, “Zhi, can we milk that poison from your fangs?”

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Zhisshikassa is in the process of tracing another detect magic spell in the air when Nephvir suggested poison. As a Yuan-Ti, Zhi is an expert in poison - he was immune to them and he's tried them all simply to see how they taste. He begins to throw a snarky response about how much poison they'd need to make any substantial effect before Nephvir continues with his suggestions. Zhi can't believe his ears. He visibly pauses - rare for Zhi - before taking a moment to unleash a hissing sigh. His soulless eyes glare into Nephvir. "I suppose you will offer your viscera next time I am performing blood rituals?" he venomously spits. Judging by the movement of his cobra-like hood, Zhisshikassa is his usual, irritated, offended self. Zhi will remember this.
Still throwing a mean glare at Nephir, Zhi calmly suggests the party continues their usual means of approaching things - stealthily scouting before running in and killing things. "Let's try to actually keep someone alive long enough to interrogate them. I thought you all were competent," he huffs, arms crossed.
Raza's eyes widen at Neph's 'milking comment'. Ooooh! He gonna get it now! She thinks to herself and stifles a giggle. She moves over to see what Kasha is eating, but it doesn't look at all appealing to her. "You've got sauce on your cheeks." She points to spots on her own face to show her.
"I suppose you will offer your viscera next time I am performing blood rituals?" he venomously spits. Kasha swallowed her mouthful of food. "What do you 'next time'"? she wondered. She moved over to what looked like drink and began chugging.
"You've got sauce on your cheeks." She points to spots on her own face to show her. Kasha's head jerks in her direction, like an animal who's protecting food. "Oh. Thanks!"she smiled, and wipes it off.
Neph says “Ok, ok, ok. I wasn’t looking forward to milking him anyway. I was going to leave that to Doc and his medical expertise. But anyway, the general idea was to poison their food, or at a minimum disguise one of us as a drow to spy on them. Options?”

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Mock sticks her head into the kitchen to see the two downed drow. "Aww, no fighting," she says as she follows the others into the room. Assuming the others have things well in hand, she follows Kasha and Raza over to the food, poking around and investigating what's there. She sticks a finger into one of the pots before sticking it into her mouth. "Well, that's not bad," she says with a flash of teeth at the other two.
Then she looks up at Neph, her head cocked to the side. "How many of us could we disguise as drow? That sounds like it could be fun. Sneak attack."
Rising from the ground after confirming each of the Drow's deaths, Doc sighed before turning to the Squad and asking, "If anyone has a disguise kit, we could take the places of the two here." Doc replied to Mock. "I think I can pretend to be one of them well enough to get a quick lay of the land. Otherwise it looks like we're going to have to continue on blind like we normally do."
“I don’t have disguises, nor would I have any use for them. I will not lower my dignity in order to act as someone else,” Zhi replies. “Either way, I suggest we continue onwards. Disguises are simply another method of scouting and gaining information before we fight.”
Impatient and wanting to move on, Daewen walks over to one of the newly expired Drow cooks. Studying their features of a minute, she then casts Disguise Self on herself to look exactly like one of the cooks. She'll then grab a large service bowl, and ladle in a whole bunch of the delicious food that Kasha was previously inhaling. With that accomplished, she'll lug the serving bowl over to Zhisshikassa, and motion for him to expectorate some of his quite-effective poison spit into the bowl. Mixing it in thoroughly, she'll then heft the newly poisoned bowl up, and proceed to march into the next room, acting like a Drow cook serving the meal.
Nephvir helps Daewen organize her costume, making sure she's just so. He says to her "I'll message you every 2 minutes or so, tell me if you need us to come rushing in..."

Kasha almost choked. “Yeah. That’s where I draw the line. Im not milking Zhi.”
She then continued eating, stuffing a roll and scoops of the Ratatouille in her mouth. “Mm! This shit is ****in’ LIT, yo! Mm!”
