Zenga positions himself more or less in the middle of the room, trying to stay sharp and ready to react at a moments notice… he will rush to and attack the first ghost that appears, striking twice with his sword. If there is another party member within 5 feet of that ghost so that he has advantage due to Pack Tactics, he will add on Flurry of Blows as well. If no advantage then he will save his Ki for when he can get it and just do a single Unarmed Strike as Bonus Action…
First Attack: 13 Damage: 10
if advantage then other hit toll: 27
Second Attack: 24 Damage: 5
if advantage then other hit toll: 15
Flurry of Blows, if I have advantage:
Attack: 20 Damage: 7 Attack: 18 Damage: 7
OR Unarmed Strike Bonus Action Attack: 22 Damage: 10
Larry will cast Bless on Himself, Rav, and, Zenga two turns before the ghosts return....He will also cast Sanctuary on Tayret and Xap......
NOTE: We would have about nine shots to make the rolls against fear before they got back, which would nullify the fear for 24 hours...And this would only cover the ghost that they had failed against the first time. A headache to keep track of...hehe..
Blur will expire before the ghosts return because Xap cast it as he entered the room.
Xap will position himself 15’ away from a spot on a wall he saw one of the ghosts disappear into. He will Ready his pact halberd for a flurry of attacks if it reappears in range. His head will be on a swivel looking up/down/right/left not knowing exactly where a ghost might appear. If one doesn’t enter his range, on his turn in initiative, he will use his movement to engage lethally (or non-lethally if the ghost has possessed someone).
He has previously saved from all three Visage fails.
Attack: 26 Damage: 13
Attack: 19 Damage: 8 (Thirsting Blade)
Bonus PAM butt Attack: 23 Damage: 9
Since I am so low on the initiative order, I will assume Haste is in effect before the above actions. So I will append the hasted attack action.
Attack: 13 Damage: 13

Zenga Moves to the center of the chamber. (As a note you cannot move and attack both as a reaction, nor can you use your flurry of blows or other things like that when you ready an attack.)
Larry Casts bless and then sanctuary twice.
karen Stays in the center of the room...
Ravocrath Casts haste on Xap.
Cora No action posted for before ghosts reappear.
Xap Moves closer to where one of the ghosts disappeared, then readies to attack any that come within range.
ghost3 Moves out of the wall and straight towards Xap, who is closest to the South wall, where the ghost came from. Xap gets his two attacks plus his haste attack for his readied action... (Coppied Xap's attacks vs the ghost here, just so it is clear which apply.) Attack: 26 Damage: 13 Attack: 19 Damage: 8 (Thirsting Blade) haste Attack: 28 Damage: 20
ghost1 Moves out and straight for Xap again... Possession vs Xap... (Recharge 6). One humanoid that the ghost can see within 5 feet of it must succeed on a DC 13 Charisma saving throw or be possessed by the ghost; the ghost then disappears, and the target is incapacitated and loses control of its body. The ghost now controls the body but doesn't deprive the target of awareness. The ghost can't be targeted by any attack, spell, or other effect, except ones that turn undead, and it retains its alignment, Intelligence, Wisdom, Charisma, and immunity to being charmed and frightened. It otherwise uses the possessed target's statistics, but doesn't gain access to the target's knowledge, class features, or proficiencies. Need a cha save from Xap, then can resolve any lingering issues for this round.
Xap manages to keep the ghost from possessing them.
Zenga Moves in and strikes the ghost with several attacks, including a flurry of blows. The ghost seems to take less damage than would be expected by each, but still looks a deal fainter when Zenga is done.
Everyone else can post actions, Zenga's action is above. The ghost stands, or hovers, right next to Xap. I will not update the map, as you will likely take it out before it can act again.

apologies, I was posting my turn rather than a reaction. My reaction to ghosts appearing is a standard Try Not To Wet Myself…

Realized that after the fact, so used it as this turns action. Thanks for the update.
With the onslaught from the group, the final ghost is vanquished.
Combat is over. Everyone can level up to level 6! We are half-way through the ten rooms. I will say group 1 had a lot harder time with the ghosts than you guys did... Likely due to the fact they had no magic weapons, hwile Xap's attacks just decimated these ghosts.
Once done leveling up, please post any pre-encounter actions you wish to do, then add in an initiative roll. I'll set up the next room and be ready to go when you have all posted initiatives.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Xap is taking his next level as a Divine Soul Sorcerer for a smattering of clerical heals.
Xap will pre-cast Armor of Agathys on himself and then wait until just before walking into the next room to utilize his second Warlock slot to cast Bless on 5 of us.

Sorry Larry, looks like you and Karen won’t be able to add a d4 to all your attacks and saving throws as long as Xap can maintain concentration.
