Ooc: how do I roll things again?

If you're on a computer you can click the dice icon in the upper right end of the formatting toolbar --------------------------------------------------------------------------------^

Or you can use the [ roll] [ /roll] command in the text box like

[ roll]1d20+perception bonus[ /roll]

(without the spaces inside the bracket)

OOC: Also, when he says +"perception bonus" you have to manually enter that number from your character sheet. It doesn't automatically fill that number in for you. 

(OOC - yeah what he said - sorry I made assumptions :)  your perception bonus will be your WIS modifier plus your proficiency bonus (but only if you chose perception as a proficiency then it's just your WIS modifier)

For example (this is Myth's skill section in his character sheet - so my perception bonus is +3 - the green dot means I'm proficient in it)

Hjol gathers firewood for some time before coming back to the campsite and seeing not only is most of the wood split and the food cooked, but everyone was eating and drinking without him! No greater shame to a dwarf is when his friends and companions eat and drink without them. He drags his wood covered shield over to the stack that is already there and makes it grow by four times as to what is already there. 

"This should keep you going for some time, Holly." He walks with his head down, gets some food and drink and stays mostly silent throughout his meal. As the meat and drink made its way down Hjolmond's throat he felt better. Rum had a way of changing one's opinions, it did. 

He shares a story at the end of their meal about the time he was so proud of growing out his first beard and how the forge took it away from him when he leaned to close to the molten metal of gold. As Holly excused herself, Hjol went on to make sure his shield was clean and shining in all glory to the Creator. 

When Holly returned he was just getting his supplies put away when she mentioned burrowers...

Perception: 14

"What-urrowers?" Hjol asked as he stood up and attempted to perceive what she was speaking of.

"Mond! Ye, didn't think I'd be drinkin' without ya?" He slaps his hand on his back and gestures to some drink, lifting his own in the air.

Suprised by the call for action, his head on a swivel looking for any movement. Perception: 8

setting his drink down "For Clangeddin!" He says as he readies his greataxe. Still looking around "where are they?"

I also do not trust this stranger.   I'll keep watch on the outside of our group. She maybe trying to distract us so we become easier prey.

As everyone stands with bated breath for the danger that Holly had cried out about, Myth see's the earth begin to move heading south out of the treeline, passing by Holly and then with a great force erupting from the ground. Standing in the clearing now next to Guldrum and Myth is a large monstrosity with many legs and antennae that seem to twitch following the motion of foes it faces!

Holly Springs into action, casting Beast Bond on Skymark and then lifts her arm so he takes to the sky! "They spit acid!" she screams to the group

 OOC: Bonleo it's your turn, and the map has been updated with the new creature!

OOC: Also, yes Fire you can roll an insight if you'd like :)
