OOC: Let us do battle!

Ok, Slither, you're chained up. What were you gonna do. Try and break out?

OOC: I need to head out and run some errands, so I'm submitting my move slightly out of order (Slither -> Newt1 -> Yasei), so please insert this in the proper order of battle:

A huge grin appears on Yasei's normally placid face.  In a fervent roar, wheels about and turns to Newt #3, and  yells out “Watashinonamaeha, Ashikaga shōgun no musume, wairudo ōkiddodesu! Takeshidō wa shi no mae ni jitsugen suru. Kore wa seitoshi no ma ni sentaku ga aru toki wa itsu demo shi o erabu koto o imi shimasu. Hoka ni suiron wa arimasen!”

(As she’s yelling out this long exposition in a language no one here understands, any creature with an INT of greater than 1 needs to roll an INT saving throw versus having a “WTF is that weirdo going on about” moment…)

She lashes out to Newt #3 with an impassioned slicing:

Attack 1a (katana): 18 with 9 slashing damage.

Attack 1b (wakizashi): 23 with 8 piercing damage.

And then without hesitation, completes a second attack (samurai honor surge, once per day) on the same newt:

Attack 2a (honor surge-katana): 7 with 11 slashing damage.

Attack 2b (honor surge-wakizashi): 25 with 7 piercing damage.

Upon the follow-through of the second attack, she spits out in vile words: “Anata no kubi o aratte, anata no ken o surudoku shi, ashita wa sensō ga nai yō ni inotte kudasai!”

OOC: I've been reading more about samurai.  Apparently they just LOVED to spout out all sorts of honorific crap before and during a battle.  Their names, their lineage, how awesome they are in battle, etc.  I figured it's time for Yasei to starting acting more true-to-form and follow suit with her own form of battle-babble.

1. "Mal? Mal!" She kicks him. "Wake up! Roll your initiative!"

2. "Hey, lizard man! Is it important to douse their flames? Or, like, convenient?"

"I can't get to my notes now, but you got to put the fire out, yes?"

There is a fairly thick book very close to the lizardman, and a very sophisticated looking pair of spectacles.
