Triss stays near the back of the group, knowing full well that their choice of weapon is best at range. This way, they can keep an eye on all their friends, too.
Kellen's eyes dart between Frendamus and Lydia disappearing into the nearest shop and the three figures drawing their weapons in the alley, then tries to hide within the nearby hedges

Kellen would have been in the middle of the group. Initiative: 5
This Mug immediately shared with me a transcendental tale of an Infinite Mug that anchors the Universe and keeps it from folding in on itself. I filed this report under "illogical nonsense" and asked why its sign is in Times New Roman font, when it is basic knowledge that Arial Black is a far superior font. I wondered: How did this mug even get past the assembly line with its theistic beliefs and poor font choices?

I mean. Putting the guy with ac 18 and healing in the back seems stupid

(Initiative order is Parolanta, Tellior, Ember, Triss, Celesta, the satyr, Kellen, and then the two darklings)
Parolanta says, “Look out! We’ve got trouble.” She points at the armed fey and mutters, “Nebulo konfuzo!” She then retreats to the hedge behind your group. A faint shimmering fog appears around your antagonists and they shake their heads, trying to clear their thoughts. (Wisdom saves: satyr - 8, darkling 1 - 15, darkling 2 - 13) The two darklings seem to recover from whatever spell Parolanta cast, but the satyr seems a little dazed for the moment.
Tellior takes a step back to stand near where Parolanta is located against the hedge. (move 2 squares back) As he moves he tries to shift the blanket to his left arm, then motions with his right to cast Ray of Frost at the nearest darkling (darkling 2 I presume).
(Spell Attack: 22, Damage: 3 cold)
(OOC FYI - I presume given the bundle with the slippers Tellior carries, he would not have his shield available at the moment.)
Ember steps forwards between the darklings and the satyr and slashes down at the satyr with his serrated blade

Tellior backs up the hedge behind him, raising his arm and gesturing at the closer darkling. The beam of pure cold splashes across the creature’s shoulder and she squeaks with pain. Ember strides up, striking with his sword, but the dazed satyr stumbles at just the wrong time and the blow misses.
(Yes, Tellior can't use his shield unless he takes time to set the bundle down and equip it. I would let you use a bonus action for that, if you want. The darkling on the right can be darkling 2. And it is indeed Triss' turn, followed by Celesta.)
Triss sidesteps around their group, moving as far to the opposite side of the path as they can, just to create a bit of a spread for the enemies to deal with. As they move, they draw their bow, nocking an arrow. They plant their foot solidly once in their new position and let their arrow fly at the back darkling.
The darkling on the left hisses as Triss’ arrow embeds itself in the fey creature’s side. He clutches the wound for a moment before brandishing his dagger in anger. You can see that he is looking desperate.
(Celesta is up)

Celesta says “sorry- we are in no mood for trouble. You should flee..” She shoots the injured darkling, hoping to reduce their numbers, with her owl flying by and providing the help action.
Embers eyes sparkle as he has a wonderfull terrible idea.
"Someone toss the slippers at the satyr."

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
As Celesta’s Fire Bolt burns into the chest of the more injured darkling, his eyes flash and then a burst of light and flame erupts from his body. You all flinch and cover your own eyes for a moment. The flash of light is especially painful for the other darkling, satyr, Ember, and the owl. (Please roll a Constitution saving throw, Ember. Celesta, roll one for your owl, please.) (Con saves: satyr - 19, darkling 2 - 2) (2)
Once the light dies down, you all see a pile of ashes where the fey creature once stood. The satyr rubs at his eyes and stands there, seemingly blinded and confused. The other darkling seems to be trying to perceive her surroundings with some success.
(Attacks on the satyr are at advantage. If you attack the darkling, go ahead and roll with advantage, but I’ll let you know if your specific attack actually has advantage. If it doesn’t, we’ll use the first roll. Kellen is up, so now he can go hide if he wants to.)
