Case pulls out his shield and his mace stepping out in front of the party ready to defend the group. He glances about attempting to spot any enemy about to ambush them. As he moves he casts a healing word at PM for 4 healing.

Drego pushes Jax into position to cover part of a rough circle with Case, leaving a spot for himself with a clear line off sight back to the tavern door.
Eyes and weapons out he scans for any external threats as he calls over to Stitch
'Stay inside the circle and check on Robin and the little dragon. Help Jax get PM into his pack. Case, once they're both secure you bring Robin back into the tavern behind me, we need to get off the streets and secure some space. Jax, don't hesitate to get angry if you need to ok buddy, someone attacked us, be ready.'
As he speaks the ranger draws his blade and keeps his hand crossbow trained on the door.

"Attacked. Attacked? Attacked!"Jax says, slowly realizing that this could have been caused by someone. "Who? Where? Grrrrr.."he says, lapsing into a growl. Now that he had some direction, he secured PM into his pack, he looks around for anyone who might have shot them or cast something.

Assuming he sees nothing, he helps Case move Robin, and goes back into the tavern, bursting the door open and looking for a place to gather. Eyes alert for anyone with weapons or magic (and definitely not poison to put in breakfasts -- why would he think of that?).
Inside, Jax bursts through the door, and the bartender looks up, surprise written across his face. "Um...did you forget something?" He frowns as he looks at the unconscious Robin (as PM is currently inside Jax's pack). "Is everything okay?"
The elves appear to still be upstairs finishing their packing.
Drego motions towards a table near the back 'Jax, get them back there and kill anyone who comes near them. Stitch, stay with Jax and do what you can to help Robin and Moir. Case, block the door. No one in or out.'
Spinning towards the barkeep, Drego levels his weapon at the man's head. 'No, everything is not ok. We barely made it out of your establishment before two of our friends collapsed. Collapsed after spending the night here and eating the food you served them. So I'm thinking we're owed some answers.'

Case glances around the inside of the tavern, and then attempts to bar the front door or block it with a chair or something. Once that is done, he checks on PM to see if the creature is still breathing, and alive, and attempt to assess the reason for his current state. Medicine: 7

The barkeep freezes as Drego points his crossbow at him. "I don't know what happened to your friends, but I would appreciate not being threatened in my own home," he says slowly. "If you would stop waving your weapons around, I can take a look at them. Worst case scenario, the elder can likely help."
Case: Other than the fact that PM doesn't seem to be injured (just sleeping), you have no idea what's wrong with him.
Case glances at Drego, "Please do not threaten the bar keeper. We have no ascertained his involvement in the situation and you may be targeting an innocent."
He walks over to the bar, scoops up a big glass of water and walks over to PM. He then tosses the water at PM with a splash. Wether he wakes up or not, Case then walks upstairs. He heads to the elves rooms and knocks on their door.

Case looks at the awake and now very wet dragon. "You fell unconscious. You are conscious now. Water worked. We should pour some on Robin, then check on the elves, they may have befallen a similar fate."
When Case gets upstairs and fails to hear a response he says loudly, "There is something amiss. I fear you all may be in danger. I will force my way in to ensure you are safe." Case gives the elves door a hard shoulder. (Athletics: 11)

Jax turns to PM. "You and Robin passed out once we left the inn. Rest of us are fine. Drego threatened the barkeep. Didn't work. Case went up here to talk to the elves. I am backing him up."
Drego slowly lowers the crossbow at Case's request but doesn't stop glowering at the barkeep 'We don't know who's innocent at this point - all I know is they ate his food and they collapsed afterward.'
As PM comes awake with a splash of water, Drego relaxes ever so slightly, but still doesn't holster his crossbow or sheath his blade. 'Stitch, splash some water on Robin, let's see if we can rouse her as well'
As Case and Jax head upstairs to check on the elves, Drego maintains a position to guard Robin's fallen body, keeping anyone other than the party from getting close to her she's back on her feet.
If Robin is being splashed, and hostilities not yet ensued… PM would like to exit the tavern again. As an experiment. If that goes fine and no more consciousness is lost, the dragon will take a moment to take inventory of themselves - make sure their head is on straight, feathers all accounted for and equilibriums still equal. In other words, come back inside trying to see if they feel like they e been poisoned or magicked or psionic’d or what…
There is no answer at the elves' door yet again. Case gives the door a hard shoulder, bursting it open (fun fact: it was not locked XD). The door opens onto an empty room, beds neatly made, and no signs of anyone here (Stitch can confirm this is the room they were staying in, though). The elves appear to be gone.
Downstairs, the barkeep continues to look annoyed at being spoken about like he's not here and generally threatened (justified though it may be). He doesn't try to approach you all, instead shaking his head and finishing cleaning the dishes from breakfast.
PM, you try to leave and discover you can successfully do so without falling unconscious. Please roll me a Medicine or Insight at advantage to try and figure out what happened before.

The healing doesn't have any effect--it would appear they aren't injured, just unconscious.
