As Samael goes to grab the centipede, there is nothing there but an illusion of the mind.
Nolla moves closer to inspect the burrow. The eyes that were once there are gone. (Make an investigation or nature check as you look at the burrow - what are you looking for, or hoping to find as you check the burrow?)
In frustration at the continuous torments, Samael grabs his mace and while awkward in the space, smashes it into a bug that crawls on the wall next to him. As he hits it, you all see the flames lick out from the mace and Samael hears a voice he's heard several times before throughout his treks in Alycron, "Yes, yes, yes. More."
Reverting her attention back to the small tunnel after Samael's outburst, Nolla searches it for any clues. The tunnel itself is somewhat rough and jagged, though shows no signs that it was burrowed or dug as you would expect from creatures that form their dwellings underground. You notice a few slight marks in the black moss that covers the surface from some form of claws or talons, but they travel no further into the tunnel and just leave tell of something being in the spot that you saw the eyes.
"Whatever it was is gone now." Nolla says with an annoyed grunt. "Let us keep moving..." She nods ahead and will fall back in line as they get moving. (Same walking order as before I would expect.)
As you continue on, the black moss becomes more and more prevalent, to the point that you realise that it dampens all sounds and you cannot even hear your own footsteps. The deafening silence and oppressive earth closing in on you in this tunnel becomes almost unbearable (Everyone to make a Wisdom Save for stress).
Eventually though, you come to a point where the tunnel opens up some and you think you catch some sound ahead, like scraping or something being dragged. The tunnel twists and turns, so you are not sure how far it is though and haven't caught sight of whatever causes the sound. It feels almost alien though, given the severe silence you have endured so far through these moss covered tunnels.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Thavriol keeps pace with Nolla, moving with as much stealth as his armor will allow. He listens and looks as intently as possible. He also taps into his connection to Tyr to sense any unclean things nearby.
(OOC - @Dragon, I'm keeping tabs :) I have a spreadsheet with all that on it.)
You all manage to shake of the closed in feeling as you focus on the sound coming from somewhere ahead. However, Perigord cannot shake the feeling, being a halfling and their affinity to sunshine and wide open spaces, he feels the stress of being underground shake him a little.
As you all move forward, slowly and stealthily, the sound continues growing ever so slightly louder. As the first of you rounds a corner, you see a neogi, either dead or unconscious, being dragged along the ground. Gripping its neck is a small peculiar creature with a sinister look about it. Just at that moment, Nolla suddenly coughs after breathing in a small dusty cloud kicked up from the disturbed black moss all about you. The creature instantly looks down the tunnel to you all, the bristly hairs on its back and arms standing on end. It lets out a hiss as its insect-like mandibles click and chatter, while the large claws at the end of its arm snap open and shut in your direction. Then, as quickly as you saw it - swoosh - the creature fades into the shadow about it and it is gone. Not a moment later, Nolla sees several blurry images flash through her mind. She lies on the ground, seemingly unconscious, surrounded by several of these creatures as they focus all their attention to her (Wisdom Save for stress from Nolla).

(still, like i'd use the mace to kill a bug.)
Nolla nature: 14
She is studying the place she saw eyes. Either a tunnel that leads from the place, or some sign of what had been there.

(spielt, The "like i'd kill a bug with a mace", that was sarcastic. NOT literal.)
"shut. UP." Samael has had it with voices trying to screw with him.

(OOC - which part? The creature, yes. But the vision is in Nolla's head, so no you wouldn't see that.)
