"The only mortal whose destiny ends here today is you, demon." Calls Hamish who closes his eyes as he rushes toward the edge of the shallow pool, swinging his axe 🪓 before him as he squeezes shut his eyes, hoping to catch the skeletal horror.
Lizardlyth will strike at the Skeletal creature using her natural weapon and she makes a single claw attack while concealing Calner and Tauzan from the direct view of the Medusa-like creature.
<sorry @Rob, I thought you were quoting the whole thing and it was a dash. I should have gone back and checked. Those new rolls will be saved for round 2.>
<from the description of hellish rebuke, I think Marlyth would have to make a dex save against flames surrounding the things surrounding her and occupying the same space. We can skip it if you want, but let me know before I roll the save for the snakes.>

Round 2
"Snakes! Why did it have to be snakes?!" Hamish's booms Hamish's plea as a cloud of daggers fills the air around him, piercing his flesh before losing their rigid form and slithering away.

"You point your finger, and the creature that damaged you is momentarily surrounded by hellish flames. The creature must make a Dexterity saving throw. It takes 2d10 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one."
@Brian, I dont know where Calner could stand to get both if them with a straight line and not hit at least one PC (or Hamish) as well. If you see a way, great, otherwise pick one or the other.
Here is the link again so you can all move your own PC tokens or create area effects.

Edit: Does the Gorgon have swimming speed? Wow.
The gorgon can actually move on top of the water without sinking. Also, the water is only 2 ft deep. I'm sure I mentioned that. It is poisonous, though.
Put your spoiler here.
Here's my emphasis on Hellish rebuke: You point your finger, and the creature that damaged you is momentarily surrounded by hellish flames. The creature must make a Dexterity saving throw. It takes 2d10 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one."
If a creature in the same space as Marlyrh is surrounded by flames and Marlyrh is not immune to fire damage, it's effectively similar to the create bonfire spell. I think the difference in damage accounts for the kind of fire, with hellfire being somehow worse than regular fire. I imagine it reeking of sulfur. This also fits my general guidance on rulings: if something can happen, good or bad, it probably happens.

Round 2
Stepping forward to get a clear shot, Tabaqui will again focus on the Skeletal Horror, unleashing another arrow. After the attack he will use his remaining movement (and bonus action dash if necessary) to take cover from the Gorgon's bow behind the giant, Hamish.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Tabaqui's arrow pierces the creature's hip, protruding from the bone as the horror keeps loudly, it's bones skittering against one another wildly, suggesting it's discomfort.

The gorgon loses sight of the elven rogue behind the giant (she sees him, but he's got cover, unless he takes the hide action), but decides the giant makes an adequate target. She slithers toward the cluster of humanoids gathered at the water's edge and releases the arrow she has drawn, then another, then another (target subject to change if Hamish goes down).
The first and last arrows find their mark, though the giant manages to deflect the second. He groans in pain, but still he stands ready to fight. (He looks real bad, like when you found him, but after you restored him to living flesh)

On a failed save, you are restrained as you start to turn to stone, until the end of your next turn when you csn make another save to try and recover, or becoming petrified on a second failure.
Edit: A failure by 5 or more on the first save results in instant petrification.

Hamish sends a chunk of bones flying as the gorgon readies her bow with a sneer, taking aim at Tabaqui.
Marlyrh, Angus and Calner are up!

(So Angus should have ended round one within melee range of the SH).
Round 2
Angus, taking his cue from Tabaqui, shouts, "That wizard who stole the stone was no god... he was as mortal as I, and can be defeated."
He will again attack the Horror with his flashing blade, fearlessly slicing bone and sinew.
First Longsword Attack: 25 Damage: 14 slashing
Second Longsword Attack: 13 Damage: 8 slashing
This is all round 1, but seeing as I plopped you on the map at random, let's go with this for R1.
Marlyth is not a lizard on her turn, but I think those attacks are made as if she was.
(Angus' round one was posted here earlier, these attacks should be saved for round two)
<sorry @Rob, I thought you were quoting the whole thing and it was a dash. I should have gone back and checked. Those new rolls will be saved for round 2.>
Calner is up.
(Marlyth's Revised Action)
Marlyth sets the swarm of Poisonous Snakes on fire and attempts to exorcize the unquiet spirit.
"Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned."
