Stena's arrow sails wide, much to her irritation. Buppido wisely keeps his mouth shut.
Without a way to get at his sister, and the waters chummed with dead duergar writhing as scavengers tear chunks of flesh from the body, Gloog forgoes trying to get to his sister, instead dipping a finger into the blood of the sleeping guard and calling aloud to Blibdoolpoolp as he flicks the blood in the direction of his sister as well as the guard.

As Blopp flees, she turns back to command her trident to strike at her brother one more time, leaving herself open to Galingal taking a retaliatory strike.
Attack: 10 Damage: 10
The spectral weapon sinks in as he grunts in pain.
Buppido, with no ranged options, and not wanting to get near the trident, stays guarding Stena, casting his eyes back towards the city, where the ruckus must be deafening within the press of the crowd.
There is a splash of water on the dock in front of Blopp and she flinches back from it as a crackling blast of energy from Neth hits her square in the back. She sways on her feet...
Lia runs forward towards the wooden walkway as far as she can get, after her friends. As she does so, she readies her bow again, pulling an arrow. She stops, steadies her feet, then asks for help from the heavens, “If this is meant to be - if this is the true balance - let my arrow hit home…!”. She fires at the sister-priest…
Lia fires her arrow but panics at the last second. It’s too late… The arrow is sailing slightly wide… nooooo!
Maybe it was flying true all along, but she’s sure she sees a sparkle of starlight and the arrow suddenly deflects and accelerates to strike the priest-sister right between the eyes!…
Lia stands dumbfounded, bow arms still up. In shock…
Bloppblippodd's eyes cross as she stares transfixed at the arrow that sprouted from the middle of her face. One eye begins spasming and bleeding, as she jerkily raises her hands, straining against imminent death to call out one more time...
"LEEMOOGGOOGOON!"
Suddenly, one of her arms spasms straight out, dagger clutched in her grip, her head canting back, baring her chest. The dagger turns, and with strength belying her current condition, rams up to the hilt in her chest, lightning crackling and detonating her torso, sending bloody gobbets of fish meat across the dock and her houseboat, chunks splashing into the water. A torso-less pair of legs is all that remains, as they slowly slump, first to their knees, then topple forward to land wetly on the dock.
As the rain of Blopp ceases, the water around the dock has grown still, what remains of the duergar's body bobbing up to the surface, many small mouths having shredded and debrided it of flesh, down to the bone in some places. With the sudden quiet here, you can more easily hear the cacophony arising from deeper in the city, near where the Deep Father's shrine is. It would seem that Lex, Thom, Derendil and Stool have successfully tended to the seeds of revolution that Lia sowed, as you can see the flickering orange glow of flame disrupting the otherwise even blue green fungal glow that illuminates parts of the city.
Gloog starts laughing and dances a little jig, spinning in circles at his sister's death, calling out praises to the Sea Mother.
As things go still here, Jimjar sidles up to Stena, holding his side where he's been jabbed by the since faded spectral trident.
"Forks, I don't think I ever locked down any bets that we could take her."
((Out of combat, but what are you doing in the immediate aftermath? The dock guard is still unconscious.))
Galingal takes a deep breath, watching the remnants of Blopp settling around the dock. He then turns towards the sounds of the chaotic riot or civil war occurring further away. He barely spares the downed guard a glance, assuming the KT is dead. He places a hand on one of his bleeding injuries, winces a little but looks until he sees Lia back on shore and nods his thanks.
"We don't have much time," Galingal says. "It sounds like mob. Could burn whole town down. Need supplies now. Maybe Blopp boat. If can travel could use to travel Darklake."
Galingal moves forward, stepping through the blood mess that was Blopp to see what they can make use of from her boat.

Lia, in musical terms, this moment would be most akin to a rest, but you don't know what direction the music is taking after this, but get a sense of tension building.
@Neth
Because you know where to look, you see a disruption of the stuff splattered on the dock as something takes flight.
Galingal, as you approach, you know that the houseboat, while perfectly buoyant, would not be able to navigate the sort of rapids and shallow waters that the dugouts came down to get to Sloobludop from where you were ambushed. However, you don't know how large this body of water is that Sloobludop is adjacent to... the cavern stretches well beyond sight, and from the size of the docks here, you'd guess it to be fairly sizable... perhaps it could get you well away from the city? It would be large enough to fit all of the former slaves, as well as the stray tiefling that Lia picked up, and your friend from the Beer Room, should they make their way out and be able to join up. Though it is substantially larger than any other boat on the dock, it would be hard to pass unnoticed and unremarked.
Pushing into the cabin, you smell death and rot, but you don't see much in the way of weapons in evidence. A dagger and a scepter made of fungal driftwood. Nor does she seem to have stocked much in the way of rations here, but the smell seems to be coming from a small personal shrine. Nailed to a wall are assorted creature bits, the central part which seems to be be two octopodes, their 'heads' lashed together and their legs splayed out in a curving display around them. On the altar below is an assortment of coins and gems, a silver choker necklace and a broad bronze cup that is placed on a black silk handkerchief. The pile is fused with dried and drying blood, the rim of the cup crusting with it as well, though there is still a damp pool in the bottom.

Seeing Galingal dash forward towards the boat snaps Lia out of her ‘rest’. She picks her way along the pier to the boat and follows him in.
When she sees the horrible shrine, she asks out loud, “Should we destroy the shrine?”. She’s asking Galingal, but also asking her celestial guide. They’ve guided her this far!…
Stena blinks at the fleshy explosion and leans behind the crates to not get showered in gore. Looking back out she shakes her head and mutters as she slides past Buppy,
"She blew up my arrows. Come on. The elf ran off to her boat."
When Jimjar joins her she gives him an almost approving nod,
"No, no bets. Aye will would wager ye this fight is only the start of it though."
She'll pause at the downed guard, muttering to Jimjar to search it, and ask Gloog,
"Ye leaving this one?"
She'll call to the drow boy, if he hasn't run off again,
"Ye okay lad? Are ye hurt? Best ye stay with us, we can get ye away from here...if ye want that?"

Lia, you don't feel any definite celestial nudge, but the shrine is quite obviously evil and foul, being stained with the blood of people. The Sea Mother's shrine wasn't pleasant, what with the refuse and vomit, but at least that group of kuo-toa didn't seem to be down with the whole killing people to offer their blood to their god.
Buppy turns to Jimjar, speaking back and forth in Undercommon.
"Knifes and whisks, you look like a bent spoon. You good to go on?"
"Five gold says I can beat you to the dock!"
"You're on, gnome!"
"On three... one... two... THREE!"
