Galingal guides the spectral raven to follow after the one that has Buppido, watching as it's beak slams down on the fish boi again (if that one moved more than 20' away, the raven moves over to the one still dealing with the phantom octopus instead).
Jimjar didn't need to bother, as Neth kills the one absconding with Buppido. Seeing his companion down, and the octopus fending off every attack sent its way, the last fish man flees into deeper water.

It's not a strong display of swimming prowess, but Stena gets to Buppido and rolls him over on his back, and is rewarded with a wet splutter as she hauls him back to the boat, his beard and hair lightening a few shades as he is given an impromptu bath. Galingal and Jimjar help haul him and Stena aboard, the cleric tending to the derro while Neth stays alert to any of the fish men returning, but things seem quiet and still, the soft lapping of water against the hull and the drip of water echoing through the dark cavern. Ranador watches from the doorway to the cabin as Buppido spits up some more water, but seems to be breathing easier after Galingal's ministrations. He's got a fine harpoon puncture in his side and arm, and his other shoulder has a ring of fish tooth punctures around it. The shortsword he had out has been lost.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The 13 STR Galingal is the strongest of the PCs still active? I knew they were a finesse crew but that's a little disheartening when we have a boat stuck on a sandbar.
Galingal looks down at the sandbar and over at the others.
"Are there tides on Darklake?" Galingal asks. "If no we need push."
If the underdarkers don't indicate there are tides on this lake, Galingal hops down into the water with Stena and gesturing at the poles for Lia, Neth and Jimjar to work, starts pushing as hard as he can to try dislodge the boat.
STR (Athletics) w/ Advantage assuming some help: 14
Galingal really puts his back into it and with the others pushing off with the poles, they are able to get the boat backed off the sandbar enough to continue onward. Somewhat fortuitously, the recovering Buppido was on rest, so Jimjar is able to take the helm again as you continue onward.
The rest of your travels are uneventful in terms of any other encounters with hazardous terrain or creatures, the boat passing through narrow, moss glowing tunnels and vast bioluminescent caverns before plunging into lightless expanses where the ceiling feels oppressively close, but not quite enough to cause trouble, just a lot of tense navigation.
Buppido eventually rouses in the cabin, where Ranador has been tending to him, rinsing his wounds from the clean water on board and binding them with as clean cloth as can be found (Lia potentially helping with that part).
During her down time, watching Buppido and Ranador closely, she does a quick inventory of their remaining stores and her own arrow count. She finds the first to be low and the second to have started being uncomfortably few.
Making herself visible, she will note this to Galingal,
"We will need to spend some time tomorrow foraging."
She will look over at Lia and sigh and then repeat her statement so the woman can get herself mentally prepared to be distraction so Stena can do the real work unmolested.
Likewise, Lia settles into the normal routine of helping to manage the party’s life these last few days on the lake. She dives into helping with the oars, paddling and pushing as needed. She helps tend to and clean wounds, cleaning any makeshift bandages with her magic, so they are as like-new as possible.
When Stena approaches Lia it’s clear the days fighting and away from the bustle of anything resembling a city is taking a toll on the bard.
She manages to say, “Stena… Your skill with the bow… …”. She loses her words for a second or two. “I don’t think we could have made it through to this point without…”. Again words fail her.
She just finishes with, “Here…..”, and hands her all but three of her own arrows. “Every one of these is worth more in your hands than mine… Who knows when that could make all the difference.. again…”.
Given the sedate nature of the immediate onward journey, Lia will take a short rest at some point and quietly sing a Song of Rest, adding a d6 (ie + 1 hp) to anyone who rolls at least one of their own hit dice.
It clamps down on Buppido and takes a parting swat at Lia, gashing her as it swims off with a mouthful of derro.
((Concentration Check for Lia, and you may take an opportunity attack if you wish.))

Galingal helps Stena get Buppido out of the water and onto the deck, using Spare the Dying if he's unconscious and looks in rough shape.
