Eldin takes Grianne to his testing grounds. It is a place with no grass and it has some large rocks scattered around it. You can also see some shattered glass on the ground and burn marks on a rock.

While getting there however, Eldin says, "I notice you're wearing make up now."

Yea, Truth taught me how this morning...do you like it ?

"I do. It's fine. I like you more without it though."

Grianne stops and pulls Eldin in for a deep and passionate kiss. When she separates herself from him after a good couple of minutes she stares deep into his eyes and saysThat's why I love you. 

Eldin smiles back and says, "Thanks. I'm glad to here it."

Grianne beams as they continue along. Truth taught me the basics of makeup and the reason why women were it.  She said I didn't need much, just a little. I think it makes me looks a bit more normal. Like I belong in a city. Even if it's just a little bit. Although in a fight its probably best if I dont have any on.

(So is it daytime right now? And from the looks of it, is the most action at this Lounge place? Or the glory?)

Grianne is quit happy with how the conversation is going Thank you. But I'm still trying to figure out this whole civilization thing.

As Gell's first order of business in town, he goes to try and check out the Glory. And if he is able to make it without being stopped for wearing a full face, porcelain mask and very culty black robes, he spend a minute in the entryway giving the place a slow scan. 

(OOC: Do I need to roll anything right off the back to see if I notice anyone that stands out as the underbelly type?)

Gell isn't stopped for his appearance, and isn't the most unusual character here. There are folks of all walks from snooty nobles, to tribal barbarians.

(But whether or not their players are online is an entirely different story.)

"I'm sure you'll figure it out eventually. Speaking of which, how are your letters coming along? Are you ready to move on to words?"

My letter are...passable? I've been trying to make words using the sounds i know they make. I don't know if they are right or not. Grianne pulls out her not book and its full of grave misspelling and some blatant disregard for grammar. But you can make out more or less that its her plan to make spell scrolls. Sorta of.

"Hmm..." The nature of Grianne's plan dawns on Eldin and he says, "So you want to make spell scrolls? Which spells do you want to store in the scrolls?"

I would think some of the smaller spells. Don't want to dive in too deep into something i'm not completely sure will even work.

"Well, do you have any idea how you want to testing it out?"
