The little gnome laughs, short and harsh. "Gin Rummy? That's a funny name. Well, what is it you're looking for, then?"

Horatio Hirschfeld - Squire imbued with fae powers, in the Coliseum of Conquest (W2/L1) DM for Reavers of Harkenwold, and sometimes The Fighting Grounds of the Coliseum
Eldin wakes up in the med bay and notices the pouch of gold at his feet. Checking his winnings, he seems to be happy with the 400 GP he got. He should be able to save up to rebuild the Glory at this rate... hopefully. For now, he decides to leave and look for Grianne to "congratulate" her on her victory.
As Lumimar hears this, he turns around, scoops up Gin Rummy in his talons, and flies him over. "We are approximately 'x' miles from our destination." he says in a robotic voice.
On the bank you find a girl. She's a striking human girl, probably in her late teens, a bit over 5 feet tall, quite thin, almost frail, she's alive, but she's in rough shape. Judging by her wounds the fall was the least of what she's faced. She has short dark somewhat curly hair. A staff, or more like a loose tree branch, lays beside her with a cracked wooden shield. She's bare foot, and wears a long tattered skirt, matching vest, and what's left of a torn shift, mostly in an earthy red color. Through the tattered fabric, it's clear she definately is not wearing armor.

"Good lord!" Lumimar says as he rushes towards her, dropping off Gin Rummy carefully. He kneels down beside her. "SOMEBODY, GET A MEDIC!"he yells. "I'll try to do as much as I can to stop the bleeding, ok?" He will then make a medicine check to see how much he can patch up the wounds.
As Lumimar tends to her wounds the girl's eyes flutter open. She sits upright and gasp, "She comes!", and she collapses again just as Gin bowls her over shoving Lumimar out of the way, fumbling awkwardly with the make shift bandage.
"Really, Gin? I had her alive, and now she's back down because of that." He sighs. "I'll get somebody, but you do not go near her, especially after what you just did. You understand?" Lumimar flies to get medical aid.
“I’ll go! I ain’t scared!”
“Sound anyone else”

“I’m just looking for the monk temple that was here so I could learn!”
And then at that point The flash happens and the dude comes up and asked who will investigate.....bla blah blah
“Hang on one moment, my fellow monk friend, I need to investigate a possible danger!”
"What in the... I'm coming with!" is what Lumimar says as he swiftly soars to the site of this phenomenon. (60ft flying per turn)

“I’m sorry, usually I’m good at that kind of thing”
Gin backs away and makes his way back to the temple
“I guess I’m of no use to anyone. I got kicked out of the monastery, I can’t win a fight, and now I’ve screwed up again.”
