Harmond manages to resist falling asleep however, seeing the apparently insane Denka do her thing, he decided that this situation is far above his pay grade so he pretends to get hit by the spell and "falls asleep"  It's not everyday you get to skip out on work and avoid responsibility at the same time.

Maginio choses to stand there another 30 seconds attempting to put more patrons to sleep?

Your hands pass through it, as the Dinka is an illusion. From out side, in an alleyway, Maginio yells “help! I’ve been attacked by a Denka!” You hear mad cackling through the streets.

(faked you out, suckas! Minor illusion and casting from afar, baby!)

Og will walk menacingly towards where the cackling came from, drawing his warhammer as he goes.

The snake also disappears, though it obviously wasn’t an illusion. Dinka (fake Denka, as I will refer to her from now on) is now gone, and Maginio cries from an alleyway about 30 ft away from Og.

“What do you mean! Stop it! Help! I’m being threatened for no reason by an imbecile! Help!”

Though Marmaduke shrugged off the enchantment, hearing the ruckus that followed, she stopped her scribing to glare furiously over at the ruckus. After a moment or two more, she huffs, digs into a rust colored side pouch, and pulls out a.... (2)Liono the Lion! "Don't care much what it takes -- just find that cackler and bringing to me. Knock'em out if ya have ta!" She commands, sending the Lion on its way as she returns to her work. 

"You can't run, you can't hide.  We all know what's going on, little wizard.  You're coming with me now . . ."

Og will drag Maginio back to the Glory.
