(Is there a path through the rocks and vines to get to where Olaerys and the zombies are? Assuming there is...)
Randall advances to stand beside Randall. He still has the torch in his right hand. He will hold it high, hoping to distract the zombies, or at least illuminate them for any ranged attackers. He keeps the shield in his left, prepared to deflect any hungry mouths or claws from the zombies. Likewise, he will try to protect Olaerys from attacks as well.
Randall will take the dodge action, and he will dedicate his reaction to impose disadvantage on the first melee attack against Olaerys (per his Protection fighting style).

Melchor, limping along at the back of the group, sees the Zombies and dispatches Glimmer to distract one of them before making a distinctive grasping motion in the direction of Z1…
Glimmer helps Melchor’s attack on Zombie 1, using Chill touch
Still singing her made up song in her head she hops two times forward then freezes as she hears the commotion coming from around the corner. She see's her companions ahead of her move forward as the whispers of ambush and get prepared sound in her head. Not hearing or more likely not paying attention the word zombies is lost in the conversation. Her eyebrows squinch down as her nose curl slightly as you see her eyes move side to side trying to figure out what's going on. She then moves slowly around the corner seeing her companions armed to the teeth ready for battle while the Zombie's have taken position to intercept the invaders.
Her eyes go wide as she takes in a deep breath through her noise as you see her fur puff out and her claws extend as she freaks out at the sight of the zombies.
A loud cat hiss comes from mouth as she takes the dodge action as you hear from behind
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Olaerys moves forward and swings into the first Zombie if it is still up, if it is down from Panga's arrow, he swings away at the second zombie. "Foul undead, back to the ground you go!"

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
With the battle turning in their favor, Randall will join in the attack, attempting to assault Z2 with his lit torch.
(Again, using torch as an improvised weapon) Attack: 5 Damage: 2
If Z2 survives to make another attack, and it is against someone within 5ft of Randall, he will again dedicate his reaction to using his shield to impose disadvantage.

‘Dammit!’Melchor swears harshly as the Zombie’s blow strikes the raven in an explosion of dark smoke, leaving no trace of the raven, even as his attack strikes home on the zombie. He quickly turns his attention on the next zombie and repeats the gesture…
Frail's shillelagh blow craters the zombie's head in, and similar to the previous 2 the ghostly hand appears at it's throat, stopping any kind of reanimation.
Fr'reona takes a deep breath as she calms her self down as she looks towards her fur that still sticking up in various places. She slowly looks ahead of her seeing if anybody notices then backs up around the corner as she frantically puts her fur back into its original place. Thinking she got everything she comes back around the corner as if nothing has happened however on her left side of her face a small patch of fur still currently stands at attention indicating she may have missed a spot. She skips into the room to take a actual look around
"La, la, laaaaa! La, la, la." you hear as she skips towards the center of the room to take a look.
Melchor limps into the room, then pokes his cane towards the entangled side passage ‘More that way?’ he barks a question, clearly unsettled by the loss of his familiar…
"I don't know, can't you summon that bird again to check?" (Le-vel 1, le-vel 1!) Frail doesn't normally use magic except for goodberries and creating fires for camping. She's also a bit frazzled and tired. "Let's keep going, they seem rather easy to dispatch"
Olaerys goes up to the split and looks into the room to the right, without entering it. His battle axe is at the ready. He whispers to Panga and the others behind him, "I think we have some skeletons here who are waiting for us to enter before they come to life and attack." He stretches out with his divine sense again and looks around, both behind him and in front of him. When he sees a skeleton that lights up, he points them out to Panga and Melchor and says "Hit 'em, before they come to life!"
