Davis watches the nameless lass do a quick search, then head onn down further into the mountain. He grimaces inside his helmet, unsure how wise it is to just keep moving onward without stopping to decide on a plan. Regardless he moves to the hole that leads onward, glancing through to see if he can see anything on the other side of the hole the nameless lass went through.
The captain's cabin did not contain anything interesting besides broken furniture. The lower deck was not much better - crates, barrels, more crates, shark's jaws, more barrels... Suddenly, it felt like the water became even colder - the piles of jaws jerked and began to raise, blocking the only exit from the deck into the mountain. In just a couple of heartbeats four ... creatures(?) were standing along the wall with the hole, four figures made entirely from numerous interlocking shark's jaws. The nameless girl knew her abilities and was sure she is quite hidden in the darkness, but it seemed those creatures did not need eyesight to track their prey. They did not even have eyes and yet it felt like they were looking straight onto you.

Hansel, Trudie, Yusko on the upper deck in the captain's cabin, Davis and Nameless down - 10ft away from the enemies (Davis would need to move 5ft to get within reach).
Trudie would hmm and haw to herself while they’d saunter around the area pretty casually. It seemed quiet and empty. “Did this ship run on a skeleton crew?”
Should the old tort hear and catch glimpse of the enemies downstairs, Trudie would look to them. “I’ve got a bone to pick with you.”

Nameless girl initiative : 28
It was as if the girl were expecting the bones to move, and ready for them, before they themselves moved. Her crossbow was already in her hand and bolts were flying before anyone else could react.....focusing on one unless her attacks take it down.
Attack: 18 Damage: 18 + 4 sneak attack.
Attack: 16 Damage: 16
Attack: 6 Damage: 18 + 1 force damage.
As soon as she'd fired the three shots, almost by pure reflex, she moved with surprising speed up the stairs and into the space above. (45 feet of movement to get upstairs and into a 'safe' spot.)
Once there, she pauses for a moment and glances at the old turtle that, more than ever seems to be moving in slow motion. In a stumbling, confused voice, she says, "Are...are...are those puns?"

Hansel Initiative: 15
Seeing the nameless girl rush back up alone, Hansel stammers: W-where is Davis? The cleric quickly makes a holy the sign of Sune (a flick of the head and a motion of the arms as if brushing hair back) and invokes a blessing on the others, to aid them in case of danger...
Cast Bless at 2nd level on Davis, Nameless, Trudie and Yusko
As suddenly as the jaws of sharks came to life, they could not be faster than Nameless girl. Fast as a sailfish, she fired three bolts, sending bits of broken shark-teeth all around (S2 is down) and retreated upstairs, where, not loosing her wits for a moment, could appreciate Trudies sense of humour and get Blessed by young Hensel.
If that was a reaction on Hansel's part - it was a good reaction and much needed. Left with only one intruder, the shark-things switched their attention to Devis.
Trudie would look to Noname with her all knowing grin. Feeling the tickle of Hansel’s magic, she sneezes. At the same time, little bubbles escape the back of the old torts shell, floating up around her. “Pardon me.” It was a statement, not a question, as she’d excuse herself to the front near the stairs. With a tap to her cloak crest, she’d stand there with her shield animated and staff in hand, prepared, hoping to bottleneck their incoming attackers.
Action: Activating Symbiotic Entity
You can use Wild Shape to awaken the spores that infuse you to gain +32 temp HP, roll double damage dice for your Halo of Spores damage, and deal 1d6 additional necrotic damage when you hit with a melee weapon attack. These all last for 10 minutes, or until you lose all these temporary hit points, or until you use your Wild Shape again.
It was not as explosive as the shot from the Nameless one, and what was left of the creature could still crawl, but not for long.
Then Davis retreated back to the upper deck.
S3 was the first to follow. Those closest to the gap in the floor saw the nightmarish creature gaining on them in a frightening silence. It ried to bite Trudie while the toothy claw scratch Hansel's shining armor:
Bite vs Trudie: Attack: 25 Damage: 7
Claw vs Hansel: Attack: 7 Damage: 13

The teeth stuck in Grandma's shell like a burr in a fur. The creature firmly attached itself to its victim.
Yusko looked at the other creatures across the boat and then at the one already here. He wasn't going to rush into that mess. It's better if they came here. So he swiftly swam over to Trudie and her enemy. Rather than his normal soft hand style, these bone creatures required more hard style.

Should S3 be able to talk, it would probably admit that Yusko's touches were anything but soft - several broken jaws and a cascade of falling teeth could attest to his skill. What was left still had a few working jaws clinging to Trudie, but doubtfully remained as a serious threat.
However, the rest of the "guardians of the entry-hole" were swimming up. Severely damaged S4 came first. The creature(?) - an automaton(?), a zombie(?) - clearly was not capable of revenge thoughts (or thoughts in general?) and attacked the first target it saw, that happened to be the "gentle" monk:

What was now hanging from Trudie's shell looked like a couple of interlocked jaws with an attached "arm", while the rest of this contraption was rotting in front of everyone's eyes. Yet, those jaws were still trying to scratch whatever they could reach.
The bones may burrow and break Old Trudie's back, but boy did it taste bad.

Trudie would call out to Hansel at her side as she'd flourish her staff. "Hey Handsome, think they're ready for some hard wood?" She'd jab her staff into a set of jaws before pushing down on it in attempt to dislocate some bones.
On S1 Attack: 29 Damage: 13 + Bless: 1 Symbiotic Energy Necrotic damage on hit: 1
Hansel grins and blushes to hear the old tortle's innuendo. Although his own staff was made of fine steel, not wood, he was certain it would be stiff enough for the job. With all the might he could muster with a one-armed swing, he gave the stick to these old boners...

Nameless One looked about in confusion. This situation was...surreal. Not only was she near the bottom of the frigid ocean, it seemed as if her companions were flirting with each other during a fight...and one of them was an elderly turtle woman. Shaking her head, and more than a little distracted, she took some shots with her crossbow at any enemy that might remain.
