From his casual pose against the cave's column, Yahg sees an orc and a hobgoblin walking straight toward the cave. From a leash the orc is holding, a wolf has his nose to the path the party took to get there. About 30 feet from the cave's entrance, the wolf throws its head back and howls, then strains at the leash.
The orc curses. "Well, there goes our element of surprise."
"Ah, just let her go," the hobgoblin says, and the orc releases the leash. The wolf bounds forward, but pauses for a moment in the mouth of the cave. She's silhouetted in the dim light of the setting moon, teeth bared and fur bristling.
The eldritch beam crackles past the wolf, flattening her hackles. "Berjeegles! What was that?" the Orc shouts.
No need for initiative -- it might come in handy if it's ever important what happens after what, but in general, you guys can all go, and then once all the players have taken their turns, the monsters NPCs & enemies will take theirs

Yeah, you're hidden -- keep the damage roll, but roll one more d20 for your advantage. Also, not that it matters for this since the wolf only has 9HP, but don't forget your Sneak Attack for future attacks where you have advantage!
Speaking of which, Ash was hidden, too, and since Eldrich Blast is a spell attack, I say Ash can attack one more time this round. Sorry I didn't catch that!
Yahg sees that is wasn't Goblins after all - just another filthy Hob. With a groan he stands, disappointed. He was hoping to show off for some other Clans. With a scowl and a snarl he raises his Shiny, placing the pointed tips of his fingernails against the surface. Keeping his eyes locked on the Hob, he mutters under his breath in Goblin, "Booyagh.. Booyagh... BOOYAGH!" and as he speaks, bubbles of acid rise from the surface of the crystal. He forms a glob of acid in his fist, and then with a flick of his wrist he sends it arcing over the wolf and towards the Orc & Hob.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The wolf crouches as if to leap at Yahg, and things don't look good for the goblin caster. He lobs acid everywhere! On the floor, on the walls, on the hobgoblin's boots, on the trees — everywhere but on his enemies. But, distracted by the spray, the wolf hesitates one moment too long: Darksniffer looses an arrow that drops the wolf instantly.
Yahg, take a point of advantage for describing your attack so well but rolling so poorly 😆
The hobgoblin rushes into the cave. "You wanna barf on people's boots, huh? I'll give you something to barf about!" He swipes at Yahg with his longsword. Attack: 13 Damage: 4
The orc, meanwhile, attacks Yurk. Attack: 14 Damage: 6. "Stop resisting, deserter!" he shouts.
Hearing the other attacking. Og will step out from behind Ash and attack the hob with a two handed swinging up. Trying to place sold blow to the ribs form underneath. Attack 20 damage 11 "Let us go play with someone else."

Yahg tries to lean back from the strike, but the sword takes a slice out of his shoulder as he tries to slide back. Yahg curses in Goblin, his dagger arm hanging at his side. He was about to raise his dagger to retaliate - when the Hobgoblin goes down in one strike! Yahg's grin split ear to ear, and he spat the corpse, "Death comes to those who oppose the Booyagh!" His eyes dart to the Orc, who was reeling back from a blow. Yahg mutters again, "Booyahg, Boo!" as he strokes the surface of the Shiny, this time a spark appearing in its depths. He pulls his fingers back, extracting the spark and flinging it towards the Orc's broad back as Yahg cackles.

(Sorry, should've posted this sooner. Not sure if this comes before the orc's second attack above)
Seeing the hobgoblin fall and the orc staggering, Darksniffer siezes the opportunity and fires another arrow at the orc, hoping to drop the hulk before more damage can be done.
(Bow: 18, or 8 if still considered hidden after the last Sneak roll, for 4 damage. 18 arrows left. Would Hiding behind a pillar be an option? If so, bonus action to Sneak 12)

A dreadful tolling fills the mouth of the cave, and the wolf howls as it's battered by unseen necrotic energy.
You guys can totally roll enemies' saves for your spells/abilities, if you'd like -- just check the tooltip for their bonuses.
Still Round 1. Party undamaged.
