Darksniffer slinks right up to the others to avoid noise above a hissing whisper, "Beak-bear, very mean, very strong. May attack, may not. I live, say we all attack at same time. Maybe we kill it, maybe get it close. Better than waking it up." With that, Darksniffer draws his sword, a straight, thin splinter of metal with just enough of a guard to block most wide cuts.

Yahg was picking his teeth with his dagger, but listening intently. "Beak-Bears. Nasty one. Bigger than this one." He says, jabbing his thumb towards their Orcish friend, "No like having this one behind us. It wake up... it find us. Deal now, or deal later."
(coup de grace :) and yes, if we can get enough shots in at the same time, would it be permitted?)

Yurk simply nods, agreeing to the plan. He focuses and begins channeling necrotic energy, waiting for his allies to strike before unleashing the attack.
Yurk will wait cast his spell as soon as he sees another member of the party land an attack.
Side question: is there enough light of the crystals to see without darkvision?
The crystals cast dim light — which is disadvantage on Perception checks that rely on sight if you don't have Darkvision. Attack rolls are normal, since you can attack something completely invisible or in complete darkness with disadvantage
Yahg nods with the others. He looks at his Shiny.. his precious Shiny. But Shiny has been misbehaving. So he stuff it back in his pants and clutches his dagger instead.
Ready Action: As soon as the other melee attackers attack, Yahg will rush in to stab with his dagger.

(if everyone is in place) Og stands arms length from the beasts neck, battle axe raised above his head. Mouthing the words 1, 2, 3. Upon reaching 3 bringing the axe down with two hands and all the force he can muster. Attack: 11 Damage: 6
CLAAAAANG! There's an earsplitting din and a shower of sparks as Og's axe hits solid rock. The owlbear, now translucent, offered no resistance. Og's axe head has split.
Yahg comes tearing down the hallway and faceplants through the owlbear. He immediately recognizes it as a illusion, emanating from a rock right in front of his face.
(And flipping flip, you guys, I didn't plan it like this! Please don't hurt me. But I can't NOT, now)
Yahg hears a terrible tolling, like a thousand bells and gongs falling down a staircase.
(Yahg, now inside the space the owlbear illusion occupied, must make a DC13 Will saving throw)

Yahg rushes forward, dagger raised, determined to slay the beast!
And.. hits nothing but air, losing his balance and face-planting on the ground, falling prone. Immediately a cacophony of bells and gongs, what sounds to him like hundreds of pots and pans banging and clanging. He clutches his ears, folding them down and hissing sharply in Golbin, "Aaayyyyy why?! Why beak bear no die?!"

(Ah, yes. I'll edit that in a moment)
The Shiny in Yahg's pants glows, creating a dim illumination in his crotch area. Reflexively calling upon the Booyahg, Yahg uses Tides of Chaos, granting advantage on his saving throw.
(As a reminder, this is expended, but as the DM you can decide that Yahg has to roll on the Wild Magic Surge table when he casts a spell, and if he does, he regains the use of Tides of Chaos)
Second saving throw: Unable to parse dice roll.
((Jesus.. my browser kept un-editing and then re-editing my edits. I got an "unable to parse" so I fixed it, rolled, it was another 5, but then I went to add an OOC comment and it un-edited it and mess up the roll... but if you believe me it was another 5 xD ))

"An illusion?" Yurk wonders aloud. "But who placed it here?" He notices Yahg staggering after the failed attacks, "Hold still, Goblin." He reaches out and places a hand on Yahg as he eminates a cool energy around the goblins wounds.
Yahg was breathing hard, doubled over with his hands on his knees. When Yurk touched his shoulder he flinched, as if expecting more pain - but was greeted with cool relief. He sighed, straightening up a bit, and looking up to Yurk with a slight awe. Yahg thought he was special because he could cast some magic - rare among Goblins - but this was a different kind of magic. "You have Booyahg too! Must be very big-big. Special." He stumbled over his Common, but he smiled a toothy, jagged smile, "Thank you."
