Overtime this castles structure has been crumbling back to nature. But of course, it still has some intact walls of its first floor and other areas that have, a crumbled sibilance of walls as from the earlier picture and the map, there are still walls representing its upper floors, but they are empty shells The door to the area where the Owlbear is kept, is barred visibly and not locked, on the groups side of the door. It will be a simple action to lift and open the door. Did you guys pull or carry the dead bodies to everyone's satisfaction?
Krull has no guarantees (with a roll of 2) that the owlbear wont attack any one, but it seems the creature just wants to be free to eat. And anyone with commonsense would stay out of the way of this beast when they have a choice,
Only one person need open the door. State your movement after you open it and move your token accordingly. As said, opening the door is an action, but you still have your movement. Is someone going to help with their action, somehow?

"I ll open the door!It is best is to stay with Master Gundren ." says Krull volunteering. He approaches carefully the door and opens it.Then he moves away as further as he can (so basically I left him where I think he can be with 30ft movement)
Calithor makes sure that all the doors along the Goblin Trail are wide open, and stands by Gundren's door, ready to slam it and brace, when Krull returns.
(( @Krull: Opening a door is a free action; you can probably open, run and then use your action to keep running and make it back to the room...I hope! ))

margaret also stands in krull's door. the dwarf's safety was their top priority, after all. "be careful, please. . . i really don't want to fight an owlbear. not when we are all tired from . . . the recent fight"
Krull you open the door seeing the glowing eyes of the owlbear reflecting the light coming from the fire in the brazier, then dash away. But you find that you only make it past the first curtain, blocking the view, you had of the owlbear. The large monstrosity, squeeze's thru the door frame. You can tell this from the sound of rocks crumbling around the creature's girth. Krull, hears the sound of its nostrils sensing the air around it, the rug that acts as a divider moves in and then out with the creatures breath! With the exhale comes a roar of victory and freedom, followed by the thump of its footsteps.
Fortunately, the sound seems to be moving away, followed by another sound of breath, then the crunch of bones! The groups well thought out plan, is coming to fruition. After a quick snack the Owlbear, moves into the hallway with the sound of more rocks turning into dust. Then silence, as it decides what to do, it looks south then north. The sound of booted humanoid feet, comes from the north.
Shouts of alarm, in deep toned goblinoid voices arise in their native togue
"Who the F!@##! Let that out!"
A loud hooting roar and the heavy sound of pursuit, begins!
Rabbit had initially tried to reply to Calithor, "Yea, I could..." But Krull was off before she could even complete her thought. She moves to stand back a ways from the door with the owlbear behind it. But closer to where Gundren rests.
She smiles a bit as she hears the goblin's voices and sounds of pursuit. She remains quiet until the signs have moved into the distance. Looking at the others she asks, "Were those goblins still hiding in here or you suppose they just arrived from somewhere?"
(Sorry, thought I'd got part of this posted yesterday while traveling. Must not have sent!)
As soon as Krull catch-up with the rest will suggest "Risky but worked..so what now?we stay until master Gundren gain some strength or we leave at once?"
Calithor nods, "We could all do with a brief rest at least, I'd say. With that monster gone, and the 'king' dead, I'd hope camping here would at least be safer than the forest."
He looks with distaste at the prison cell, "Though perhaps precisely here in this room might not be best."
"Let's explore a little further and see if we can find a safer place, or anything else of interest. If any of the towers still stand, then perhaps we can set watch there."

Krull suggests "For me it is better to stay here.Its closer to one of the exits and also they have to come through those corridors which means gives us advantage against marauders,poachers or wild beasts.We dont know exactly what's on the other parts of this castle.What do you think?
