While listening to the conversation with Elsa, Rabbit counts out the 50 gp and divides it up amongst the group. (10 gp each) She then slips out of her chair and follows the group out of the tavern. Once the group is out of earshot of others, she says, "Seems serious if these folk want us out of town. Let's be quick at the Lionshield and go see the Townmaster. I've half a mind just to drop into the Sleeping Giant now."
"Thanks Rabbit, appreciate to have you on board with this, I just got furious over what they did to Elsa, I promise I will keep my calm when dealing with them later." He says, giving Rabbit a grateful smile. "And yes, we'll make it quick with the traders, and then we'll go and settle some scores with these Redbrands."
"Well said Wolfe.. there is indeed a lesson we must teach to those who did this to that poor girl.." he holds more tight his greataxe "and if they want us to leave they can always say it into our face...and we will be with them as gentle as they were with her" looking back at the girl
Edryd looks around nervously to see if they are being watched. The girls words and injuries heavy on his mind.
Perception: 23
Cautiously he then takes the gold, "I said I would have no use for this but if I am to build my shrine to Selune I will need some of this metal..."
There are a few patrons at various tables with their attention turned towards you.
Looking at the map, you step out of the Stonehill Inn and notice a bit of activity directly ahead in the small building in front of you. By the looks of it, it is a shrine of some sort. Looking south, it's hard not to see the symbol in the distance and to the south of the Lionshield Coster - it is the same one you saw on the crates in the cave. You head down the path towards it, passing a wood worker building, if you had to guess, by the smell of cut wood. Directly across from this you see the entrance of the Coster. Hanging above the front door of this modest trading post is a sign shaped like a wooden shield with a blue lion painted on it.
The streets seem very quiet, you seem to be the only ones really going anywhere on the streets.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
As they head out, Rabbit is curious about the activity around the small building. She tries to slip away from the group for a moment and quietly take a closer look at what is going on (Stealth: 22 - not trying to hide necessarily, just to not draw attention as she slips off). She keeps back, staying quiet, just trying to get an idea of what might be going on. (Perception: 18)

You are able to drift towards the Shrine without much trouble or noticing from your companions. The center piece is a large well circled by sitting stones, on which a few townsfolk sit. They are listening to a young-looking female elf (but who can tell the age?), with bright sharp green eyes who is talking about Tymora and the chaos of luck and circumstance. You happen to catch the end of the elf's words "...trying times, we each navigate personal troubles and beckon the Lady Who Smiles forth. Fear not, though she may be absent when we think we need her the most, the Smiling Lady always delivers...sometimes in ways more interesting than even we could imagine ourselves..." As she says this last part, her eyes drift to you, Rabbit, and she smiles. "Interesting, indeed,"the elf says low. She looks back to those gathered and she produces a coin and throws it in the well. "Tymora aid us all,"she says aloud, echoed by those gathered, who also throw in variety of coins or small valuables.
Do you stay around? If so, this elf will slowly walk towards you...
Rabbit is a little caught off guard by the elf looking right at her, seeming to speak to her directly. So, she lingers a bit long and stays there to see what this elf might say. 'It's all just nonsense - she looked at me as part of her act.' she tells herself. But she's still curious.

The elf walks up to you, smiling all the while. She has an air about her that calms you. "Hello, you must be new here, the ones Sildar mentioned. I am Sister Garaele. Welcome to Tymora's Shrine." Her voice is strong and clear, and more forceful than you would have guessed from looking at her. But then again, people might say the same about you. She nods slightly as she does so. She looks you up and down, "Nice dress. How have you found our little town so far?"
Around this time, your companions have probably noticed you are not with them - Wolfe most likely first - though they are closer to the southern edge of the town square, 30 or more feet away before they noticed anything...
Anyone with a passive perception of 15 would mark the absence of people on the street as a bit strange but then again, you're newcomers here. You see some characters who avert their eyes when you look towards them and then they disappear out of sight. Again, you don't know if this spells trouble or if it's the townsfolk who don't want any trouble.
Finally noticing that Rabbit had sneaked off, again, Wolfe motions for the others to wait, and then he joins Rabbit and the tymoran priestess. "There you are Rabbit. I thought we were supposed to collect a potential reward from the trader."He says, but then turning his attention to the priestess. "Enchanted."He says with bow with flourish. "With the exception of the goddess Sune I've always found the teachings of Lady Luck to be my favourite." He says with a smile. "I'm impressed with you preaching while the town is under siege from these Redbrands."

Garaele nods at you with a warm but thin smile. "Sister Garaele. Nice to meet you. And yes, the thugs are a problem." A flicker of worry creases her face before she adds, "But the Lady will provide an answer for us all.....or, maybe it already has?" She smiles again, eyes twinkling. "Perhaps among us walk a remedy to the cowardly idiots who roam this town, I suppose it remains to be seen. I do what I can to aid the poor, the weak, and the oppressed - I'm afraid I am no good with weapons....otherwise I would have...well, I don't know what I would have done to be honest!" She laughs but winces as she does so, and you can see she favours her left side, as if wounded... "I wouldn't call it "siege" just yet. After all, they can't steal anything if they don't allow some trade. But their actions have been concerning."
"Rest assured we will not leave Phandalin until this concern has been dealt with properly." Wolf says, looking to Rabbit to see if she is ready to move on.
Her smile brightens considerably. She tells you she is happy to hear that and, if you are ever in the mood, to stop by to discuss another matter of importance. She bids you a good day, her gaze holding Rabbit’s for a bit longer.
"Fine, you don't have to say more Elsa, just stay here for now." Wolfe says. "Shall we go?" He says to the others.
To the Lionshield Coster, then?
