Wrenn attempts to figure a pattern to determine if there is a weak spot to advance up the tower. However, there does not seem to be any particular pattern. It is just a wild and chaotic wind that constantly blows down the tower. It is probably supernatural.

”Looks like we are going to need some rope. I don’t mind resting if you need to Misira. After we do that, we could go in teams of two, helping each other, the strongest of us in front, maybe tying off the rope on something for a handhold.” Sharone looks to the others for any other ideas.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
You begin to search the area, but you find no handholds to grab on to. You also fail to find a secret passage to avoid taking the stairs. There just simply does not seem to be a way to continue up the tower.

"Well, if you're not all ready to head to bed yet, we obviously can't head up this tower. I'll take my rest here and then let's head to the next floor and investigate. We've hit all the rooms on this floor, correct?" Misira asks

(Arthur is with us, correct?) "Arthur, do you think we should check the spirit board? If not, lets head upstairs." Misira is ready to go, frustrated after falling downstairs.
"Taking a rest? Oh good, I need one. Sorry guys, if I get hit I'm probably going to need a rest more often then not - I'm a bit frail." She heads to the common room and finds a comfy chair and nods off, not answering Wrenn's question.
Arthur nods his head, "I think a rest would do us all some good."
He follows Misira back to the parlour and explains the situation to Alanaik.
"Don't worry, we will take the first two watches. You lot get some sleep first and we continue looking around here. If we see anything we will make sure to raise you."

As Sharone sleeps, she has a nightmare.
In the nightmare, Sharone sees herself in a dark space within the tower that was recently explored. in front of her, there is an area of light and in the light, she can see a figure wearing a skull-shaped helmet.
The man cackles as soldiers on either side of him move forward. She then sees these soldiers laying bricks on top of each other. She realises that, in the nightmare, she is being bricked up in a stone wall that is a part of the tower. Once the warlord, and his soldiers, disappear from view, the nightmare ends.

Sharone wakes up in a sweat, panicked. Her arms flail out and she confirms open air, not walled off.
"Argghhh!" She jumps up from her area of rest, sword at her side pulled out, sweating and tremulous. "Did you all see it? Did anyone else see what I saw in my dream? I was walled off... in this house! And there was a skeletal fearsome warrior, holding an axe, with a glowing heart! Wake up, all of you! What the hell was that!"
Sharone proceeds to describe in detail the dream and vision to everyone there.
Misira is startled out of her sleep, about falls out of her chair onto the floor as Sharone leaps from hers. She quickly stands up, ready for the apparent enemy and looks wildly around. After hearing what Sharone says, she sits back down, trying to control her breathing. "No, I did not have such a dream. You were walled off in the house? Have we visited the area before, do you recall where?"
Misira is visibly concerned as she listens to Sharone recount her dream. Then she remembers something she had said earlier, "You mentioned you had something to tell us earlier, is now a good time, or should we continue on the search?"
“It sure did look like that axe we found.” Sharone is still breathing hard and looking around, constantly checking her six. To Misira she says “Yes, I will tell you, but now this is not the time. Talk to me a little later. I feel like something is about to happen.”

"There was one story," Alanik begins. "There was a story about the former fortress that did involve a warlord. He conquered the lands of Count Cordon Silvra before taking the fortress for himself. But that's all I know."
