"Did we want to try and talk to the spirit about the axe? And now we also have the dream, or did we want to wait till night before contacting spirits? I'm not sure how all that works? Figure we can either do that or head upstairs, thoughts?" Misira looks around at her company to see what everyone's feelings are on the matter.
"I can always keep attempting to contact the spirit again," Alanik replies to Misira. "When I get a response from the spirit board I can call you in again."
Arthur turns to Wrenn, "If you look at the map we have, you can see that there is a basement and other subterranean areas. However, we don't know how to get down there yet."

"Looks like our best option is to head upstairs. You all ready?" Misira gets up from her chair and heads to the kitchen. When she gets there, something occurs to her and she opens up the oven door.
Wrenn says "Wait, why don't we go to the kitchen and see if there is a Dumb waiter or something. Some houses like these have servant passages and stuff." he states out of experience of adding trinkets to his hole in the ground.
Ok, so we all went to room 10, Wrenn is looking for a dumb waiter and Misira opened the oven door. (Just so we are all on the same page, let me know if I'm wrong!)
You head over to the kitchen to search it. Wrenn fails to find a dumb waiter, but when Misira opens the oven door she finds a freshly baked raisin muffin.

"How interesting." And Misira takes a bite, figuring nothing happened to the ones to ate it yesterday! And once Wrenn is done looking for a dumb waiter, she opens the door to the upstairs and ascends.
You head back out to the foyer, before climbing up the staircase that leads to the balcony that overlooks the foyer.
At the top of the stairs, you find yourselves in a hall. The hall stretches to your right, to the north, before turning another corner. From your position, you can see three doors. One on the eastern side of the hall, and two on the western side.

(I'm sorry, I thought that door on the North wall of the kitchen, next to the oven-I think, was a door to the back stairs? Now that I look at the maps, those must go downstairs? did we not try that door? Anyways, we're upstairs now)
After reaching the foyer, Misira is going to stop and listen for any sounds or anything peculiar.

Wrenn wonders out loud "I wonder if there is a downstairs."
