"We could use a guide in the jungle, what are your skills? Also, what's the most dangerous plant in the jungle?" Rawly questions the woman. He knew they would need a guide, Master Ren said as much. But he also knew that they couldn't take any old guide who trudges into their conversations.
"I know many places in the jungle and can cast quite a few clerical spells. Most dangerous plant? I would stay away from Mantraps. They lure you with pollen and swallow whole. Anyway, I don't want to put pressure on you. I leave you my handout, in case you want to think it amongst yourselves. You can always find me here." The old lady makes a nod to the two tieflings and goes back to her tea.
(OOC - she wants to reclaim ancient ruins? Honestly I don't know what we're supposed to be doing to help her - but I do know we didn't have any idea of where to go when we were in town....)

OOC: I forgot I am a Tiefling so I technically would have only taken 15 fire damage, but I would have still been down.
Lyorna sat up, her skin and muscles ached from the recent trauma despite the healing magics of Eku. As she thought back to the flash of fire that had knocked her unconscious her mind began to wander back to the day of her rebirth. She had sat as all the other warriors had watching the pyre being built, her skin painted, and wearing only her undergarments. She had drank the Nectar and her mind was calm. She began speaking to Matalokishaa as she felt a strong hand on her arm. It was her elder brother, he held a sharpened bone quill and began piercing her skin with it, leaving behind inky wells beneath. He continued to make his way up her arm, tracing out the tribal letters as she continued to pray. Several hours passed and her brother pulled the bone quill away, finished with his work. All three warriors stood and donned their new faces and as night fell over the tiny Chultan tribe they climbed onto the wood and forest brush that had been piled up and laid their bodies down....
"Dat smell is unpleasant no?" she said as she smelled the burnt hair and flesh floating on the air. "We need to find some place to rest if we are ta continue."
It occurs to Hellmuth that they are going through a temple/ruin built around the tale of the Man and the Crocodile. Maybe there is a moral to the story? Maybe the way the Man carried the Crocodile might come in handy?
OOC: I was at 11, so 30 damage will take me to -19, which isn't negative my Max HP, which mean I think I just go down to death saving throws?
(OOC - great - I pretty much just pulled off a TPK - I can't even shepherd your souls to Kelemvor - they'll get sucked up in the Soulmonger)
